Challenges Scope and Objectives

This Deliverable defines the overall scope and objectives of the logistics Challenges as input to Deliverable D42 describing the Call for Challenges

Co-creation IMPACT labs final report

The deliverable is a report entailing all the quantitative and qualitative results, per region, of the participation to the IMPACT labs over 18 months, with contribution from T5.3 on the impact analysis. It will show the tangible outcomes on existing African businesses.

Note on the integration of a systemic perspective in the work of the consortium

This Deliverable is a knowledge product on the assimilation of systems thinking into the consortium’s work. A documentation of learnings and lessons for future implementation.

Outreach and impact creation strategy and plan

This document will define the community building and communication strategy and describe the activities DIGILOGIC will pursue to guarantee broad visibility, promotion and up-take of the DIGILOGIC driven activities, but also of relevant initiatives and networks at European and international level. This deliverable will also describe the promotional activities aimed at supporting the Learning and Challenges Programmes. This should be considered as a living document that reflects the emerging opportunities and changing conditions that apply, according to the DIGILOGIC ecosystem priorities and needs of a growing and on-the-move community.

AU Regional digital & entrepreneurship capacity building plans

A document describing the details of each regional capacity building offer including timing description of target groups and synergies with local ecosystem actors to ensure the foreseen outreach One chapter per country addressed Ghana Nigeria Kenya South Africa and Zambia

DOP on EU-AU best practices for inclusive digital entrepreneurship capacity building

The Deliverable is a Design Options Paper collecting all the lessons learnt and best practices from EU-AU DIHs peer learning and a set of recommendations to adapt them on the territorial needs and features. It will serve the DIGILOGIC results’ transferability process beyond the consortium scope. Main topics addressed by the DOP will be 1) leveraging on the entrepreneurship potential of talented youth and women, 2) digital upskilling programs, 3) boosting innovative business projects.

Proposal Selection Report

This deliverable provides a summary of the Challenges proposals and teams that were selected following the evaluation process. It includes statistics regarding the number of proposals submitted, net value of the total number of proposals and the cost of funding the selected proposals.

This deliverable is the updated version of the agenda and content description of the online mentoring sessions

Updated Note on Ecosystem engagement

This Deliverable is an update of D1.3 that was issued in M18 by MEST. It combines different element related to the ecosystem engagement which includes a list of stakeholders, touch points, and engagement retention strategy.

This deliverable will describe the methodological framework including dedicated tools to be used and extended KPIs to be evaluated in order to assess impact in the DIHs and smart logistics landscape and DIGILOGIC ecosystem

Final outreach and impact creation activities report

This document will provide the final report of the dissemination and communication activities carried out in the second half of the project. It will also report on the impact creation activities of the project, covering work done in each reporting period by T5.3. It will also present the feedback collected for the different areas, dimensions and types of stakeholders during impact assessment. The final report in M34 will also include lessons learnt and recommendations.

The deliverable is a report entailing all the quantitative and qualitative results, per region, of the deployment of digital and entrepreneurship capacity building programs offered by AU DIHs.

First impact creation and assessment report

Report on the impact creation activities of the project covering work done in each reporting period by T53 It will also present the feedback collected for the different areas dimensions and types of stakeholders during impact assessment Any update in strategy and planned activities will also be provided as appropriate

First outreach and impact creation activities report

This document will provide an overview of the overall activities carried gathering input from task T51 and T52 By closely monitoring KPIs and achieved performance across all activities it will be possible to inject back into planned work and adapt the strategy and plans see T51 and T52

This Deliverable is a compilation of the individual projects Trailing Phase reports, together with impact assessment analysis provided by T5.3.

This Deliverable is a set of documentation which describes all the requirements and procedures relating to the Call for logisticsfocused projects It will include text explaining what type of projects are expected how and by when to submit a proposal the maximum time duration maximum funding reporting scheme etc An important feature will be the necessity to be associated with a local DIH that is willing to mentor and monitor the projects This deliverable will be publicized widely by WP5 via many different media channels

Map of ecosystem, video narration and brief on levers of change

This Deliverable is a visualization of the system highlighting its deep structure and how its different forces are interconnected. It includes a video narration of the map that makes the map easier to digest. This Deliverable summarizes the focus areas in the system which holds impactful potential when exploited. The levers of change identified will inform the call for proposal.

DIGILOGIC eLearning platform users' guidelines

A document describing in detail the platform architecture facilities and access rules the mechanism and requirements for having access to the learning contents platform governance rules and uploading privileges
