PROJECT WEBSITE

The project website will be launched in M3 Before a simple landingpage will be released in M2 The management of the website will be backed up by a comprehensive social media strategy assessing the most efficient networks to reach the targets including Twitter and LinkedIn The existing social network channels of the partners will be exploited to enhance engagement with their existing stakeholders communities around ROSIA Dedicated social media campaigns and other engagement initiatives involving the civil society at EU level will be designed in conjunction with dedicated events and to promote projects outputs

PCP TENDER DOCUMENTS COMPILATION INCLUDING: PCP CALL NOTICE, FUNCTIONAL

This deliverable will compile the ROSIA PCP call for tender documentation including contract notice competition brief guidance notes application forms and marking criteria for all phases of the competition

OPEN MARKET CONSULTATION REPORT

This deliverable will collect the results of the cocreation dialog with the market that will allow the consortium to refine the ROSIA model

ROSIA PCP CALL FOR TENDER'S DOCUMENTS

The final ROSIA PCP call for tender documents publication on the official European tenders database and journal will start the procurement competition of ROSIA

ROSIA MODEL 2.0

The ROSIA model 20 deliverable will compile the final scope and ambition of the ROSIA PCP challenge drawn up by the knowledge partners as a result of the review of the initial ROSIA model with the outputs of the Open Market Consultation

OJEU PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE

The publication of the ROSIA PCP Prior Information Notice on the Official European Tenders database and Journal and into the Procurement Platforms in the buyers group countries will start the Open Market Consultation process
