Urban Mission Scenarios and Requirements

This deliverable aims to explain the development of the selected scenarios for simulation and demonstration and will document the steps undertaken in evaluating assessing and defining a viable set of requirements to advance UAM including data from previous work packages specific usecases and enduser needs

Intermediate Progress Report

The three reports will include update on the project status consolidation of previous reports level of completion of work outcome from EC external reviews recommendations and requests recommendations from external Committees risks assessment study of opportunities foreseen actions for next period cost report dissemination and exploitation report etc M12

Stakeholder Consultation Report

Document providing the questions and request for feedback about the outcomes of the project towards a potential implementation of the AMULED Solution And document providing the results of the consultation process carried out between the main stakeholders involved in the potential implementation of this solution

Disruption management framework for non-nominal operations affecting the operator

including operator centric architecture including data flows workflows and interface requirements and analysis of business requirements from a UAV operator perspective

High Level ConOps

Document describing the HighLevel Concept of Operations for the use of UAM in USpace This document will be updated after each testing campaign and the final version will be aligned with the analysis and results of the second testing campaign M2 M21 M24

Platform, Missions and performance assessment report and U-space system models

Report with definition of the platform and missions and the Uspace models of the technical systems human operators and airspace environmental conditions needed for analysis of the UAM concept Updated according to the experimentation lifecycle and iterations

Project Management Plan

Document describing all the management administrative and quality assurance procedures to be used throughout the project lifecycle and the detailed project plan

Definition of the Uspace services functionalities and interaction in the architecture definition of supporting technologies interaction with UAM and other airspace user and Exchange protocols

Flight Demonstration Campaign Description Report (DEMOP)

Prior to the flight campaign the consortium will elaborate a demonstration plan detailing the demonstration approach activities and other considerations The consortium will follow the SJU DEMOP template M17 M19 M20

Integration Tests Report

This deliverable will provide details of the integration activities undertaken to enable the UAM architecture and the evidence necessary to help support meaningful and productive flight demonstrations in WP6

Adaptation Dataset Integration Control Document

Adaption Dataset will be published in two increments first a draft and then a final version

Periodic and Final Reports on Dissemination/Exploitation Activities

Document reporting all dissemination and exploitation activities performed under the scope of the AMULED project M12 M24and scientific publications in relevant journals magazines webs etc M12 M26

Successive drafts of this document will be shared with the project team in 3 workshops to feed WP2 WP3 and WP4 activities

Dissemination, Communication and Data Management Plan

This deliverable shall describe the AMULED dissemination strategy and planned activity in a comprehensive manner It will include goals objectives stakeholders focus groups content communication channels web press TV etc tools email lists social networks etc opportunities exhibitions workshops events timetable metrics of dissemination activity The plan describes the management life cycle for the AMULED data to be collected processed and generated

Operational Safety Analysis and Concept

Document will provide an overview of prior related work with the detailed literature review and include operational impact

Use Cases and Scenarios Definition

Through tabletop exercises with experts use cases will be developed that serve both as input for the Use cases Mission profiles and ConOps development as well provide a qualitative means to assess the conceptual choices made The use cases will look at different environments urban suburban rural ATM different flight phases as well as different configurations and geometries

Support to regulation and standardization report

This deliverable will include the gap analysis from both the regulatory and standardization point of view that will also include an action plan A first draft will be produced at M24 which will be improved iteratively as the project results are produced and the dialogue with standardization stakeholders progressesAnd report summarizing the activities performed supporting UAM regulation and standardization activities
