Description du projet DEENESFRITPL Augmenter les investissements dans les projets d’énergie durable Les investissements dans le secteur de l’énergie nécessitent des capitaux considérables. C’est pourquoi il est important d’augmenter les prises de participation privées au capital social en faveur de la décarbonation industrielle de l’environnement bâti. Dans cette optique, le projet SEIFA, financé par l’UE, se concentrera sur l’investissement et le financement de projets industriels de rénovation profonde, d’installations d’approvisionnement en énergie et de sociétés de services énergétiques. Adoptant une approche privilégiant les investisseurs, il mettra l’accent sur l’impact environnemental en termes de taux de décarbonation et de taux de rendement ajusté au risque. Le projet créera une méthodologie pour la titrisation des investissements dans l’énergie durable et une feuille de route détaillée pour le marché secondaire de l’énergie durable. Cela devrait permettre de consacrer 500 millions d’euros à des projets d’énergie durable pendant la durée du projet. Afficher les objectifs du projet Masquer les objectifs du projet Objectif The project of the Sustainable Energy Investing and Financing Activation (SEIFA) will create incentives to increase private equity investing for the industrial decarbonisation of the built environment. The SEIFA project is focusing on investing and financing of deep renovation industrial projects, energy supply facilities and energy service companies. The investors-first approach will be held with an emphasis on the environmental impact in terms of decarbonisation rate and risk-adjusted rate of return. The new financial schemes to incentivise private individual and institutional investments to sustainable energy projects will be established. Innovative financing schemes will include sustainable energy investing risks metrics and benefits. The network of regional/national project aggregators will be established. Investment pooling and proposed investment vehicles will let achieve lower transaction costs. The financial software tools will be provided for the energy efficiency measurement, quantification and evaluation of additional benefits of sustainable energy investing including decarbonisation rate, increased asset value, impact on investor reputation, and for investment rating and ranking. The detailed methodology of the sustainable energy investment securitisation and detailed roadmap for the secondary market for sustainable energy investing will be created. Initial milestones of the secondary market for sustainable energy investing will be accomplished during the project duration. The planned project duration is 30 months. At least 500 million Eur for sustainable energy projects will be provided during the SEIFA project duration and it is expected that 5 billion Eur mark will be reached during the 5 years after the project completion. The SEIFA project platform will greatly increase the attractiveness for the financial sector to sustainable energy investing across Europe and beyond.
