Leistungen

Demonstration of Integrated SHS Plant Operation (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Operate integrated SHS plant at CCF. Process a minimum of two different biomass materials from each of Namibia, South Africa, and Botswana. Each material processed for at least 96 hours.Aim:Produce over 500 tonnes of solid biofuel

Consumer feedback report covering household consumers and industrial consumers (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Undertake stakeholder workshops. Workshops to provide an understanding of potential market barriers and potential opportunities for use of solid biofuel from the SHS process in the domestic consumer markets. Aim:To produce strategies that can be deployed post project in commercial sales.

Final Communications Report (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

To ensure effective communication of the project to both targeted audiences and to the wider public. To ensure recognition of EU Horizon 2020 funding support for this project is clearly displayed.Aim:To provide a record of targeted communication activities undertaken during the project.

Baseline report and analysis on local market and consumer profiles (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

To carry out baseline surveys with consumer groups in Botswana Namibia and South Africa The surveys will collect social and economic information regarding biofuel useAimTo provide a baseline analysis of energy consumption To create an understanding of consumer sectors and preferences

Project Web Site (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

To design and set up a project specific web site Clearly identify on web site the EU support received and the identities of all partners To host and actively manage the web site for the duration of the project and for a minimum of three years post projectAimTo enable high visibility of the project and help create new contacts
