Definition of an implementation framework for CSS4. This deliverable will cover the following aspects: 1) Technical and non-technical state of the art, requirements and success criteria to satisfy the implementation of the technological and non-technological solutions required in CSS4; 2) Identification, involvement, needs and expectations from regional stakeholders involved in CSS4; 3) Executive implementation plan of CSS4; 4) citizen engagement Plan.This Deliverable is linked to Task 6.1

Definition of the proper policy model for effective governance of the regional cluster. Draft of the Public Circular Procurement scheme to be used for the CSSs planning. Identification of incentives and barriers of existing socio-economic policy instruments on the regional, national and EU levels in scope of circular economy developments. Identification of market failures in scope of circular economy development on the regional, national and EU levels in scope of circular economy developments. Citizens engagement for CSS2 co-creation and deployment - SOCIAL (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Engagement of local communities will be reached through the following community-based innovation schemes will be put in action: •Increasing awareness on waste prevention, separate waste collection with particular focus on food and kitchen waste to guarantee high quality biowaste feedstock and at the same time reduce the biowaste disposal to landfill. This will be realized through dedicated campaigns at regional level where citizens will be engaged. •Enhance innovation capabilities of regional farmers to face challenges related to lands abandonment due to reduced soil quality and increase incomes opportunities through sustainable practices in marginal lands providing business diversification opportunitiesThis Deliverable is linked to Task 4.2

Communication and Dissemination plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Development of the Communication and Dissemination plan (CDP). The CDP will detail the stages and process involved in the promotion and awareness raising of the project including the dissemination of information among target groups and the CCRI with the ability to contribute to the innovation and success of the project. This information will be shared throughout the duration of the project, through various communication tools, highlighting its goals, objectives, and activities, in all cases respecting any IP restrictions. This Deliverable is linked to Task 9.1

Development of the Regional Circularity Booster toolkits, for collecting and sharing information concerning the available feedstocks and waste streams. Definition of the Circular Economy Brokers to involve as stakeholders and in general of all the stakeholder that will create opportunities for business and social innovation. Development of the operational model and methodology of collecting data, updating, and sharing methodologies to specific groups of stakeholders.This Deliverable is linked to Task 2.2
