Objective 1 (phase 1) - Priority setting:
DELIVER co-develops a set of QI indicators for applicability on the practice-, community-, and policy-levels. The indicators will be fed into an EU-wide monitoring framework. Situational analyses will explore the social worlds and arenas of action for QI in Europe (WP2).
Objective 2 (phase 2) - In depth analysis of select Quality Improvement (QI) approaches:
DELIVER carries out multi-country case studies to develop and test novel QI interventions: (i) PROMs/PREMs-based QI in dental practices (WP3); (ii) community-based QI in vulnerable groups (WP4); (iii) quality-oriented commissioning of oral health services (WP5). Interactive digital tools (WP6) and the regulatory determinants of oral care quality improvement (WP7) are leveraged to support all QI approaches examined in the project.
Objective 3 (phase 3) - Integrative synthesis of knowledge:
DELIVER merges the knowledge gained from into the DELIVER Quality Toolkit with manuals and tools for actionable and context-adaptive approaches for oral care quality improvement (WP8).

D1.4 Description: The updated DMP describes how the consortium controlled and monitored data handling during the project lifecycle and following project completion. It describes how data/research outputs from DELIVER are findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR). The DMP records: (i) which data will be collected, processed and generated; (ii) which data standards and regulations are applicable; and (iii) which data will and will not be openly accessible.
D1.5 Description: The second Annual meeting was organized from 4th to 6th October 2023 in Utrecht (The Netherlands), which was attended by all Consortium partners. This Deliverable outlines the minutes of the GA meeting.
D1.6 The third Annual meeting was organized from 9th to 11th October 2024 in Göttingen (Germany), which was attended by all Consortium partners. Deliverable related number D1.6 outlines the minutes of the GA meeting.
D5.1 The midterm report presents key findings from the PBMA (Programme Budgeting and Marginal Analysis) case study in Germany.
D8.4 Description: The Updated DEC Plan outlines refined strategies for Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication within the project, incorporating new activities, stakeholder engagement measures, and enhanced tools to maximize visibility and impact as the project progresses.
