Building a collection of semantic data repositories used for storage, normalization and analysis of referential terminologies and the resulting Knowledge Graph that will contain semantically normalized data from RES-Q and the data from the planned stroke center, keeping them into separate context.

This deliverable will contain the conclusions of the legal research undertaken during the first eight months of the project. This legal research consists in an in-depth assessment of the conditions under which the six clinical partners can share the medical information needed to achieve the objectives of the project. On the basis of this research, the deliverable will formulate practical guidelines on the need for a joint controller agreement, the performance of a DPA, the information to be provided to patients and clinicians, the applicable procedures for obtaining approval of competent ethical committees, etc. The deliverable can be considered as a legal manual with instructions to be followed when starting the collection of data in M12.
