Policy Brief

This deliverable will complement the policy recommendations, by addressing directly and specifically Brussels-based EU institutions and policy makers. This deliverbale will, in a very synthetic way (no more than 10 pages), set out in clear terms the issue, giving feasible short to long term options, fitting with the existing implementation strategies, programmes and legislations, and considering current and future developments in policy in the cultural heritage research area.

Policy recommendations

Policy recommendations will build on the results of WP1 mapping exercises and methodological steps implemented in Task 2.2, by addressing the different groups of stakeholders targeted by the ARCHE project through a very synthetic document (10 to 15 pages) aiming at providing recommendations for aligning and coordinating research priorities and agenda. This deliverable will be complemented by another deliverable, focusing on Brussels-based EU policy makers and institutions, through a policy brief.

ARCHE SRIA and its Synthesis

Based on the outputs of the other Tasks in WP2, this report will collate the preliminary results of the multiple consultations, workshops, working groups and summarize the different drafts into a final Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda for the ARCHE alliance.

Vision and mission of the ARCHE Alliance

This report will shape the vision and mission of the ARCHE alliance that may be created after the end of the project and identify key trends and recommendations for the elaboration of the ARCHE SRIA.

Progress Report

This short progress report will assess and inform about the progresses of the ARCHE project towards its specific objectives and expected impact, while evaluating the quality and efficiency of the implementation of the different tasks and any potential deviation from the initial planning.

Report on future trends on Cultural Heritage R&I

This report aims to present and better understand the future R&I landscape in which the ARCHE alliance will operate.

Report on dissemination material

This report is an output of Task 5.2, presenting visual identity, website organisation and functionalities.

This report is an output of Task 4.2, providing an overview of MS/AC organisations committed to support ARCHE, corresponding funding resources and an update of organisational aspects – also lessons learned from ARCHE promotion and plans to further increase ARCHE participation.

This document will be the first output of Task 3.2, and detail the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the ARCHE governance structure.

This report is an output of Task 3.3, and consists in a full organisational structure, presenting management bodies, decision-making processes, roles, responsibilities and high-level position requirements for the ARCHE network.

Governance structures for similar programmes

This report is an output of Task 3.1, presenting results of the literature review on similar programmes, and interviews with senior officials; conclusions on trends, patterns and problems encountered; applicability to ARCHE.

ARCHE Staffing Plan

This report will detail the methodology and concrete procedures to designate the organisations and persons that will be proposed to assume the positions of the ARCHE Governance Structure, propose a general timeline for implementing the different governing bodies, designate their members and constitute the overall ARCHE staff.

Priorities and Policy Scenarios for EU action in Cultural Heritage

This report is an output of Tasks 1.3 to 1.6, presenting conclusions on the analysis of the initiatives examined and recommendations for ARCHE SRIA priorities and for policy scenarios for future EU-level interventions.
