BIOremediation systems exploiting SYnergieS for improved removal of Mixed pOllutants

Risultati finali

Intermediate report on genetically modified poplar lines with effective performances on metal uptake and endophyte colonization

This report will result from Task 3.3 and will describe the intermediate activities and results of genetic modifications performed on poplar lines and the effects of these modifications on tolerance to metals and organic pollutants and capacity for colonization with selected bacterial and fungal mycorrhizal or endophyte strains. The data from Task 3.3 will be used in Task 2.2 and Task 4.2.

Report on the identification and characterization of microbial isolates/consortia and related remediation competences

This report will result from Task 1.3 and will describe the microbial isolates and consortia identified, isolated and characterized from polluted samples. This deliverable will be used as input in Task 2.1 and Task 2.2 and all tasks in WP3.

Project Management Handbook

This document will detail the established consortium operating structure and procedures for following the requirements of the Grant Agreement. It will include guidelines for financial reporting, presentation standards for deliverables and reports to the European Commission, an internal communication plan and an internal review procedure for quality assurance of the project results.

Intermediate report on aggregated and immobilized consortia and biofilms

This report will result from Task 3.2 and will describe the intermediate activities and results of construction of artificial microaggregated consortia and biofilms, including electroactive biofilms. The data from Task 3.2 will be used in Task 2.2 and Tasks 4.1, 4.3 and 4.4.

Intermediate report on microbial consortia for enhanced phytoremediation for each combination of target contaminants and matrices

This report will result from Task 3.1 and will describe the intermediate activities and results of construction of microbial consortia for enhanced phytoremediation. The data from Task 3.1 will be used in Task 2.2, Task 3.2 and Tasks 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3.

Intermediate report on genetically enhanced and adapted microorganisms able to improve biodegradation of pollutants

This report will result from Task 3.4 and will describe the intermediate activities and results of genetic modification and adaptation of selected strains and isolates to improve their capacity to biodegrade pollutants, as well as strategies to spread the degrading traits or improve the colonization. The data from Task 3.4 will be used in Task 2.2 and Task 4.5.

PEDR including communication activities, reviewed version

This document is the first version of the PEDR (Plan for the Exploitation of Dissemination of Results), including communication and clustering activities, which will review and build on the draft included in the proposal. It will describe the targeted dissemination and communication activities and distribution channels for the project as well as the expected direct impacts. The document will be an output of Tasks 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 and will be updated throughout the project.

Communication tools (poster, leaflet, roll-up, brochure)

This deliverable will result from Task 7.1 and will consist of a diversity of communications tools with general information of the project as well as templates for future customized communication materials.

Visual identity; website and social media accounts

This deliverable will result from Task 7.1 and will consist of the established corporate identity for the BIOSYSMO project, which will be used in all communication and dissemination materials. Likewise, it will contain the website set-up for the BIOSYSMO project, covering both the public and the private areas of it, and the social media accounts.
