Dissemination and Communication Plan – Initial version

A report elaborating on the strategy, plan, and actions to be undertaken under T5.1 with respect to dissemination and communication activities of the project. The report will also include specific qualitative and quantitative targets to be met by the respective activities of the project throughout its course.

Dissemination and Communication Plan and Results – Final Version

The final version of D5.3 covering the dissemination and communication activities undertaken as well as their results thus far. The report will also present project’s progress against the targets set for these activities.

Outcomes, Impacts and Perceptions Change

A report outlining the activities performed as well as the results achieved during deployment of the project’s activities under T4.1. The report will also evaluate and assess the project’s outcome, impacts and perception change.

Report on ROBIN Toolbox validation and update

A report taking advantage the feedback collected from the testing rounds (alpha and beta) under T3.2 and presenting the validation plans of the ROBIN Toolbox for the improvement and maintenance of the digital platform.

ROBIN Regions Action Plans

A report outlining the ROBIN support actions for regional capacity building as well as action plans for the implementation of the support actions at regional level, which will be developed under T2.2.

Data Management Plan – Final Version

The final version of the Data Management Plan. This version will build upon and update D6.3 to reflect any newly identified data that were collected / generated during the project as well as any changes in data previously identified and/or the methodology and plans of ROBIN sound and FAIR data management.

Good Governance Practices

A report presenting the governance practices at regional level that driving the local operators and the innovation developers towards Circular Bioeconomy within T1.3.

Circular Bioeconomy Governance Profiles of ROBIN Regions

A report performing an analysis of the current ROBIN regions landscape with respect their circular bioeconomy policy mix in order to classify and profile the project areas under T1.4.

ROBIN Regional Governance Models

A report presenting the co-creation outcomes of T2.1 as well as the methods and objectives employed during the workshops in order to co-create a governance model aligned with circular bioeconomy principles.

Data Management Plan – Interim Version

The interim version of the Data Management Plan. This version will build upon and update D6.2 to reflect any newly identified data to be collected / generated during the project as well as any changes in data previously identified and/or the methodology and plans of ROBIN for sound and FAIR data management.

Data Management Plan – Initial Version

A report produced under T6.2. The report will outline the data to be collected / generated during the project as well as the data management methodology and plan to be followed across their life cycle in order to ensure their sound and FAIR management in line with applicable legislation at national and EU level

Cross-regional Exchange of Best Practices and Lessons Learnt

A report developed to describe the approach, activities performed, progress and results of the organisation of the 2 mutual learning workshops and one Train the Trainer event under T4.2. Alongside, the outcomes of T4.2 regarding exchange of best practices and lessons learnt will be also summarised in this report.

Replication Guide and Toolkit

A report produced under T4.3 providing practical guidelines, recommendations and tools that will help interested regional actors in adapting and adopting ROBIN’s results to set up and operate circular bioeconomy governance models.

ROBIN Toolbox Validation Plans

A report produced under the frame of T3.1 in order to guide the deployment of the project’s activities. In particular, to set up new or existing governance structures and to test the ROBIN Toolbox across 2 rounds (alpha and beta).

Typology of Circular Bioeconomy Governance Models

A report outlining the main findings of the mapping exercise of the existing European governance models at a regional level and with respect Circular Bioeconomy practices under T1.2

Dissemination and Communication Plan and Results– Interim Version

The updated version of D5.1 fine tuning as appropriate the strategy, plan and actions to be undertaken under T5.1 with respect to dissemination and communication. The report will also outline the results of our disseminations and communications activities thus far as well as update, if necessary, the targets to be met by these activities.
