D1.4 - Minutes KOM, MTM, FM and interim progress meetings

This report will collate the minutes of official project meetings.

D5.2 - Map of local stakeholder needs, drivers and barriers

This report will summarise the information that BIOLOC will gather through live interaction with stakeholders in participating regions to map local actors and highlight barriers, needs and drivers for participatory and sustainable CBE. This information will form the background and starting point for further elaboration within BIOLOC Hubs.

D4.3 - Network-based local business models

This report will provide decision-makers from participating regions with a set of innovative and sustainable business models tailored to specific conditions and devised to enhance the positive socio-economic impacts on local communities.

D1.1 - Project Management and Quality Plan

This report will facilitate the day-by-day implementation and monitoring of project activities, serving also as a concise guideline for PPs.

D1.3 - Exploitation Plan

This report will provide guidance to PPs regarding exploitation activities. Based on the experience accrued during project implementation, it will be updated on M36

D6.2 - BIOLOC Brochure

A brochure summarizing BIOLOC outcomes will be published, focusing mainly on the proposed business models and the social-innovation approaches to foster the involvement of the socially disadvantaged in CBE

D2.1 - Report on the analysis of the variety of bio-economies in participating local communities

This report will reckon the heterogeneity of bioeconomy across EU regions and investigate the correlations with local development and innovation trends to extrapolate knowledge and recommendations for BIOLOC activities in participating regions.

D1.5 - Data Management Plan - DMP

This report will provide guidance to PPs as regards data management standards and procedures to be implemented in the framework of BIOLOC. Based on the experience accrued during project implementation, the report will be updated on M 18 and M36.

D4.1 - Analysis of local context

This report will assess the state-of-the-art in participating regions as per current socio-economic activities, bio-based value chains, productive districts, specialisations, strengths and pain points. This will serve as the baseline for developing innovative business models and leveraging local stakeholders commitment.

D2.4 - Report on the assessment of economic, environmental and social benefits

This report will capitalise on previous analyses carried out in WP2 to identify critical social, economic and environmental indicators allowing forecasting the impacts of improved CBE development strategies on the revitalisation of local communities.

D4.2 - Opportunities for local value chains

This report will highlight the most promising existing or prospective local CBE value chains and thus trigger action in participating regions for their valorisation, including developing innovative business models implemented by BIOLOC.

D3.2 - Catalogue based on the established framework of concepts

This report will allow identifying relevant green and inclusive regional innovation projects and small-scale solutions with a balanced economic, environmental and social perspective.

D2.2 - Report on the Regional biobased systems cases description

This report will provide a comprehensive description of participating regions from the point of view of relevant CBE systems to set the ground for the elaboration of tailored support.

D5.1 - Report on the activities of BIOLOC Hubs

This report will summarize the outcomes of stakeholder engagement deployed through the BIOLOC Hubs that the project will set up in the 13 participating regions, including the BIOLOC Roadmaps for improvements.

D2.3 - Report on the assessment of local needs, conditions, opportunities

This report will build upon D2.1 and D2.2 to further evaluate the potential of CBE systems in participating regions through the engagement of local stakeholders and SWOT analyses.

D5.4 - Info and training on the bioeconomy

This report will represent a portfolio of potential information and training that can be implemented in the different regions based on the local conditions and needs.

D1.2 - Dissemination and Communication Plan

This report will provide concise guidance to PPs on all aspects related to communication and dissemination activities. Based on the experience accrued during the implementation, the report will be updated on M18.

D3.1 - Factsheet template

This report will allow building a standardized framework to describe local CBE systems to select appropriate environmental and social innovation concepts and solutions.
