Report from the RECHARGE Academy (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will present the curriculum of the Academy, the activities organised, and participant engagement. Additionally, it will include lessons learnt from the experience, focusing on the impact and effectiveness of the “train the trainer” approach.

Exploitation White Paper (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The exploitation white paper, based on the findings from the impact assessment, will draw key conclusions from the tasks of WP6 with the aim of introducing innovative, cutting-edge and exploitable assets from the project and raising interest in the sector (especially among CHI senior management and decision makers) in the co-exploitation of project results.

The final report will summarise results from the explorative investigation, including the experience from the CH Living Labs, and will establish the key elements for engaging participants in the CH organisation, particularly when this results in value generation through accessibility to the collections.

Typology of Sustainable Financing & Participatory Practices in the CH Sector (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This report will set out the state of the art regarding sustainable financing and participatory practices relevant to CHIs, including examples beyond the sector. The results will lead to a set of metrics and indicators that can be applied by the RECHARGE Living Labs (WP2).

A short list of models with primary and secondary elements, to be tested as prototypes, in our nine CH Living Labs.

Embracing Participation and Partnerships in the Cultural Heritage Sector (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Combining the research outputs of T1.2, T1.3 and T1.4, this deliverable will act as a white paper for CHIs and decision makers on the value of collaborating with various stakeholders. Based on the collected data, it will present specific recommendations on how to devise strategies to facilitate durable partnerships with different stakeholder groups.

This report will provide an objective evaluation of the application of RECHARGE Models. It will include a feasibility analysis of paid services by CHIs based on the CH Living Labs, surveys collected and the review of literature. A typology of collection-based services will be conceptualized to include products, membership, events, and ticket bundles.

RECHARGE Playbook (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Methodological instrument containing clear and easy-to-follow indications on how to facilitate the co-creation of the RECHARGE Models in operational environments, being both a theoretical instruments on different approaches and possibilities of online and offline facilitation, and a practical pedagogical tool with indications and steps that can be followed by each Living Lab model for its implementation.

Report on Resilience of CHIs (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This report will set out the ability of CHIs to respond to their environment by providing a comprehensive view on the diversity of participation in the work of CHIs and on the response to the co-creation of products and services, based on results from T4.2 and T4.3.

It will focus on (i) analysing the data collected during the CH Living Labs, (ii) assessing the feasibility of implementing the RECHARGE Models in the operational strategies of CHIs, and (ii) assessing the experience of using the RECHARGE Playbook.

Adoption of the Participatory Organisational Strategies in the Cultural Heritage Sector (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

These policy guidelines will inform decision makers in CH and other sectors on the instruments needed to support the adoption of RECHARGE Models, including capacity building and networking activities and funding mechanisms that stimulate participatory practices.

Impact Assessment Report (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report will gather main findings from the impact assessment on the sector, which will be based on quantitative metrics as well as interviews and questionnaires addressed to the project partners and participants in the Living Lab process, the Academy and the Final event.

In-depth analysis of the data collected during co-creation and validation to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the models.
