Solutions Blueprints and Multi-actor organisational and business models Initial Version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A technical report with the description of the initial version of the GreenLog organizational and business models covering the business ecosystem, organizational structures, identified barriers and opportunities, cooperation agreements and arbitration models. This deliverable is linked to Task 1.3

IPR and innovation management, Commercial Roadmap (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable in its two versions will report on the monitoring the urban logistics market and how it evolves. Potential related initiatives concerning last-mile delivery methods integrating cargo-bike configurations, microCCs and CAVs, while providing the means for cross-stakeholders collaboration will be identified and analysed based on their business model, the services they offer, the areas they operate, and the intelligence they have developed. The deliverable will also advice companies about implementing successful innovation strategies beyond the project’s framework and integrate those into their existing and future business models. Key topics that could be covered are: Strategic guidelines definition; innovation governance; energising techniques; marketing innovation, open innovation and co-creation, etc. Finally, this deliverable will report on the exploitation activities and provides the commercial roadmap. Knowledge Base of Last-mile Solutions and GreenLog requirements specification (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A technical report that frames the background and expected developments of city logistics in Europe and establishes user requirements through living labs formulation. This deliverable is linked to Task 1.2

Dissemination/ Communication Strategy & Kit / Activities Report 2nd Version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The 2nd version of this deliverable includes the communication, dissemination and liaison plan to be followed within the project, including the plan for the engagement activities related to collaboration with other projects and workshops organized to discuss, disseminate and demonstrate results. The communication kit describes and presents the project brand identity and material, the leaflet/brochure, posters roll-up, newsletters, videos, website and social media accounts. It will be issued at different dates, according to the project needs and communication planning. Subsequent version report the results of project dissemination and communication activities including the actions related to cooperation with other projects and the advisory board and standardization activities. (T5.1, T5.3)

Assessment, Transferability and Adaptability Framework Initial Version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A technical report describing the structure, and the components of the integrated assessment framework and the Transferability and Adaptability framework that will be developed in GreenLog project. This deliverable is linked to Task 1.5

Real-time & Connected services V1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

First (Alpha) release of the services developed in T3.1 (Logistics as a Service marketplace), T3.2 (On-line asset monitoring and tracking), T3.3 (Nowcasting and Forecasting), T3.4 (Multimodal and cross-service dynamic (re-)routing). The deliverable describes the detailed design of the services and is accompanied by corresponding software implementations.

Services for orchestrated deployment of new delivery methods V1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

First (Alpha) release of the City Logistics Data Space (T2.1), Spatio-temporal demand prediction services (T2.2), MicroConsolidation Centres (MCC) deployment and load pooling strategiser (T2.3), micro and meso simulations for urban freight (T2.4). D2.1 describes the design of the services and is accompanied by software implementations.
