A preliminary policy recommendation based upon the HS4U pilots and technologies

This del. will provide a report on the execution of pilot activities and the data collected during the experiments and a comparison of the methods, tools and practices implemented in the pilots to the existing protocols and ship equipment.

HS4U Handbook, Risk Management and Quality Assurance

This document will include detailed criteria and rules for:i) the project management procedures, roles, and responsibilities, ii) the project baselines, iii) the quality planning, metrics and control, iv) the change management plan and process, v) the communication management plan,vi) the effort and cost management plan, and vii) the data collection, the modelling and the technology platform development plan. It will also include a risk management plan. The latter part will be a live document that will be kept updated on a regular basis.

Risk assessment methodologies, models and algorithms

The del. will include information on the developed biomedical model for disease spread in a ship. The deliverable will be presented in two version, first in M24 and second in M30. The first iteration will allow the sync between T3.2 and T3.3 towards models integration.

Mappings of existing framework conditions, challenges, system failures and gap analysis

The del. will include a comprehensive overview of industrial state-of-play, analysis of actual cases of health hazards, identification of ship operators’ innovation readiness and preparedness for change, literature review on the regulations and state-of-the-art solutions and gap analysis for prevention, mitigation and management of health hazards.

Robot cabin creation and validation

This del. will provide an overview of the cabin creation and the components that were installed. The installation will take place in parallel to the demo space retrofitting.
