Status report on the socio-environmental conditions for the implementation of geoHC networks in Europe (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The report will be divided in 3 parts: 1. social readiness evaluation scheme and its application in the study areas; 2. identifying sustainability criteria in the context of geoHC networks; 3. expected social and environmental impacts of a massive rollout of geoHC networks in Europe.Task 5.2 and Task 5.3
Status quo report on regulatory and policy framework in the context of geoHC networks in Europe (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The report will introduce and describe the political readiness level evaluation scheme and exhibits its application on the study areas. It will also summarize key aspects of the current European regulatory and policy framework and outlines existing gaps and shortcomings as well as already available good practices.Task 5.1
Summary report on the development and testing of the toolbox in the study areas (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The executed adaptions and further developments based on pre-existing open-source tools, executed in this project, will be summarized in a publicly accessible report. This report will also include feedback and lessons learned section from testing and evaluating in the study areas.Task 3.3 and Task 3.4
Summary report on capacity-building activities (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will cover a summary of all capacity building activities as well as an impact assessment and a lessons-learned section for future uptake. The report will be complemented with an electronic document repository hosting the documentation and materials used for capacity building.Task 6.3
Catalogue of spatial datasets including data preparation guidelines and protocols (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The report will include a description of produced datasets and methodological guidelines for input data preparation. The datasets created will be added to the report as a digital annexes and provided to EuroGeoSurveys for publishing at the European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI).Task 2.3 and Task 2.4
Roadmaps towards better integration of geoHC networks in Europe (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Individual development and scenarios created by stakeholders in the involved study areas will be analyzed and compiled towards a summarizing roadmap for future market uptakes. This deliverable will addresse policymakers at a European and regional scale to raise awareness and educate on possible future market uptake and contributions of geoHC networks to the decarbonization of the European HC sector.Task 6.5
Summary report of personal, hybrid and online events organized and supported by SAPHEA (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The report will summarize and concludes all events linked to the project, complemented by an electronic repository with detailed documentation of activities. Events presentations, summary reports and recordings will also be available at the CSA-related website and social media channels.Task 7.2
Summary report on scientific dissemination measures (öffnet in neuem Fenster)All scientific dissemination measures will be summarized in a concluding report, which is complemented by an electronic archive of all individual contributions (presentations, articles including the special journal).Task 7.4
Heating and cooling supply scenario catalogue in the context of proven and future technological concepts (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This catalogue will provide the basis for designing and developing the products of work packages WP3 to WP5, characterizing all concepts addressed in the project.Task 2.2 link to Task 6.2
Status report on business models relevant for geoHC networks (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will portray the current status of sustainable business models for geoHC networks and will provide the basis for developing the blueprints and recommendations (T4.3).Task 4.1
Blueprints of financial mechanisms relevant for geoHC networks (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will identify standard blueprints for financing geoHC networks, applicable to all regions of the EU.Task 4.4
Summary report on early-stage stakeholder interaction (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will summarize the performed activities and conclusions drawn on user requirements and needs related to knowledge gaps. The report will also contain recommendations for the design of the Market Uptake Hub (contribution to milestone M3) and will be complemented by an electronic repository on the documentation and materials used for the stakeholder interaction.Task 6.2
Status report on financial mechanisms/schemes relevant for geoHC networks (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will offer a review of currently available financing mechanisms for geoHC networks, providing the basis for developing the blueprints and recommendations (T4.4).Task 4.2
Blueprints of business models relevant for geoHC networks (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report will design standard sustainable business models, applicable to all EU, with regional recommendations to boost market uptake of geoHC networks.Task 4.3
Status report on key market drivers related to the implementation of geoHC networks (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This summary report will position the current situation and expected trends linked to geoHC networks. The report also outlines critical success criteria and KPIs for supporting future market uptake.Task 2.1 and linked to Task 6.2
Science to policy report on recommended measures towards a supportive regulatory and policy framework (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This document, in a position paper style, will contain a comprehensive set of recommendations addressing regulatory, social perception, participative, and sustainability aspects for policymakers from a regional to a European level. The report will also include suggestions for harmonizing regional to national policies to support EU legislation in the context of geo HC networks. The document will be available in English and national languages, at least for the countries participating in the consortium.Task 5.4
This web portal, adapted from the COST Action CA18219, will represent the core output of WP7 and offer the digital environment for all tools and products developed in SAPHEA. It will include geographical tools (GIS-based interactive map of characterized good practices, decision support and strategic planning toolbox), consultancy applications (electronic guidelines, fact sheets of geoHC networks) and a knowledge and document repository.Task 7.3 and Task 2.5 will feed into this deliverable
All spatial datasets used in the toolbox will be accompanied by a data management plan to ensure compliance with FAIR principles, including metadata descriptions. The data management plan and its electronic annexes will have a metadata catalogue linked to the final version of the document repository, part of the Market Uptake Hub (D 7.2).Task 1.3
Data Management plan - first revision (öffnet in neuem Fenster)All spatial datasets used in the toolbox will be accompanied by a data management plan to ensure compliance with FAIR principles. The first revision of the DMP will present the identified data structure and offer templates for filling the metadata catalogue during the project.Task 1.3
The intuitive gamebook-style guideline will combinefact sheets and self-assessment questionnaires on early stage decision-making to plan and implement geoHC networks. It will capitalize on the outcomes of the thematic work packages in an easily digestible format and links to the tools of the Market Uptake Hub.Task 6.4
Open-source toolbox for early-stage investment decision support and strategic planning (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The toolbox will cover a chain of different routines and applications to enable techno-, sustainability as well as socio-economic option analyses for the implementation of geoHC networks across Europe related to geographical datasets (NUTS 3 to NUTS 1 level). By default, new datasets developed in the project will cover the entirety of Europe at limited spatial resolutions. However, the toolbox will offer import functions to use local data in a higher spatial resolution by users. The toolbox will be based on open-source codes and will be openly accessible. It will constitute a crucial product in the Market Uptake Hub.Task 3.3. and task 3.4
