Project data management plan (DMP) (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The consortium will prepare a Project Data Management Plan (PDMP) including a description of methodology and standards to be followed, what data sets are exploitable or made accessible for verification and re-use (Task 6.4). The PDMP will be a dynamic tool that is updated regularly throughout the project duration.

Project quality management plan (PQMP) (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) will be developed in order to ensure i) management of project-related documentation, ii) monitoring and quality control of project deliverables and milestones, iii) risk contingency management (Task 6.4).

Dissemination and communication plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

To ensure optimal timing and efficiency of the dissemination, a detailed plan including both dissemination and communication activites (Dissemination and communication plan, DCP) is delivered in M4 (Task 5.1). Key actions of the DCP include: Review of preliminarily identified target groups and selection of key stakeholder among them; Identification and delivery of specific key messages for each target group; Interaction and engagement activities including key events to attend; Ensuring the availability of the results through Open Access Publishing and Open Research Data; Measures to evaluate dissemination success, communication tools and channels.
