Communications Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy & Action Plan v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Communications Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy & Action Plan designed by WP1 in collaboration with WP8 lead and WP8 task leads and with input from the management board to ensure a common understanding and approach towards internal and external communication, dissemination & exploitation activities across the entire consortium.

Report on communication and dissemination activities v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial Report on communication and dissemination activitiesAnnual reports will be prepared on the communication and dissemination activities carried out. Based on CDE Action Plans (prepared under WP1 in M3, M24 and M48), the achievement of target values will be monitored. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of communication and dissemination activities will be prepared and included in the reports. Previous annual reports must serve as a basis for the preparation of subsequent CDE Action Plans.

Report on GSO’s positioning of on subsurface-related marine geological information, including a data service and management roadmap v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial Report on GSO’s positioning of on subsurface-related marine geological information, including a data service and management roadmapReport on GSO’s positioning on subsurface-related marine geological information, including a data service and management roadmap. Workshop and subsequent whitepaper with guidance on strengthening our collective position as a key service centre for subsurface-related marine-geological information. The whitepaper will be embedded in the SRIA and disseminated on relevant EU and national platforms. It will connect WP5 to existing long-term EU as well as global programmes, directives and infrastructures (including the European Marine Observation and Data network). (Task 5.3) (M12,42)

EU ICE SRM organizational scheme, business plan, working plan and partner & expert register v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial EU ICE SRM organizational scheme, business plan, working plan and partner & expert register. The deliverable will present the provisional organisation scheme for the EU International Center of Excellence on Sustainable Resource Management and a proposal of its bussiness and 5y working plan. Register of partners and UNFC/UNMRS experts will be included.

Project Management Plan v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Project Management Plan with detailed overview of the work plan and monitoring safeguards, operational & executive management strucute, and GANTT chart.

Project Quality Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Project Quality Plan to ensure quality controls are in place throughout the project duration, including for example the use of key performance indicators.

Technical Report on the feasibility and functional structure of the Geological Service for Europe v1_DRAFT (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

First draft Technical Report on the feasibility and functional structure of the Geological Service for Europe outlining potential operational, governance and funding models.

Report on methodology and guidance for EU-level data harmonization with UNFC v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial Report on methodology and guidance for EU-level data harmonization with UNFC.The first part of this report will summarize available methodologies for using UNFC by project partners based on previous project results and further national developments; the second part will introduce the joint, easiest methodology of using UNFC for primary and secondary raw materials (mainly mining wastes). Both first level UNFC application and more detailed second level guidance will be shown.Risk can be identified in case partners/experts are not active from all or at least most competent countries but all EU-funded project results dealing with UNFC are available. The guidance will be discussed in the ICE and will contribute to the proper raw materials data harmonization in the EGDI.

Conceptual & physical model for multiscale geological data in 2&3D v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial Conceptual & physical model for multiscale geological data in 2&3DThis delivery refers to Task 6.2.1. Based on the „Structural Framework“ (developed in GeoERA-project GeoConnect3d) and other existing data models we will develop a GIS-based, conceptual as well as physical, EGDI-based data model, which is able to take up multiscale geological data in 2D and 3D. The conceptual and physical data model will be documented in a report.

EGDI data hub feeding FAIR EGDI data into surrounding EU information infrastructures v1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Initial EGDI data hub feeding FAIR EGDI data into surrounding EU information infrastructuresWill present a framework with prototype examples for the requirements to deliver the interfacing between EGDI and other infrastructures at month 15 and go on to deliver this hub at month 54. This will engage with international best practices and interoperability standards to ensure EGDI delivers world leading FAIR geoscience data services to the INSPIRE Geoportal, RMIS, OneGeology Portal and EPOS Research Infrastructure at a minimum.

Data Management Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Data Management Plan will be developed in collaboration with a data policy committee, coordinating across WPs all the work related to the data management and intellectual property management.
