Use case and requirements definition

This deliverable will include the definition of the various use cases and stakeholder requirements, including setting up of relevant KPIs to ensure that impacts can be measured and validated.

Exploitation and Business Plan 1

This deliverable will define the first version of Exploitation and Business Plan, that will be based on conclusions from the results of WP2's work.

Business models structuring

This report will provide – in a matrix format, a detailed overview of the proposed business models for different types of energy systems, use-cases and stakeholders with the purpose of providing a decision-making tool for scaling STREAM services according to the context of its intended application (deployment on a building-level, deployment of STREAM in an industrial zone, deployment within an Energy Community, etc.). The purpose of this report will be to provide a baseline for designing service and transaction structuring within a given proposed STREAM Ecosystem.

User-centric service design and energy service design

This deliverable will include the identification and specification of the technical-services and consumer-services, which can be included in STREAM Ecosystem for the targeted user-groups within pilot sites and based on their needs/requirements, and which have the potential for scaling up & replicability in similar environments of similar context. This deliverable will also include the design of sENC STREAM tool, which will be used by Energy Community Operators for aggregating flexibility and optimize energy community members’ involvement in the local economy.

sDATA open-platform STREAM Ecosystem coordination methods

This deliverable will include a functional specification for ensuring the safety and security of data exchanged within STREAM Ecosystem, including the setting up of distributed ledger technologies and cybersecurity measures.

Conclusions & Regulatory aspects of local flexibility markets

This deliverable will include na overview of the various options for flexibility utilization in given local energy markets and within the context of the pilot sites, to include additional verification from a regulatory viewpoint to ensure that the tools developed and frameworks proposed are compliant with the relevant legislative requirements governing the energy sector in a given country/region.

Dissemination and Communication Plan 2

This deliverable will present an update of D7.1 and present a plan for STREAM dissemination and communication activities from M18 till the end of the project with focus on STREAM ecosystem verification.

This deliverable will include a comprehensive overview of STREAMs communication and dissemination activities as well as all of the projects public awareness communication and dissemination activities including barriers and successful formats for the first 18 months of the project

sFLEX flexibility management

This deliverable will include the development of sFLEX STREAM tool, including device register design for registering flexibility assets within a given local market, hierarchal coordination within a given local market, and a grid priority evaluation framework (TLS).

sMART local market structure development

This deliverable will include the development of sMART STREAM tool, which will be used by flexibility services providers, aggregators and DSOs to manage flexibility planning and utilization on LV side of power networks and with various transaction structuring (traditional monetary or peer-to-peer/barter-like).

sGRID and sPLAN grid planning and service management tool

This deliverable will include the development of sGRID, a functional specification for integrating the developed open-platform and STREAM Ecosystem coordination methods into existing physical and ICT power network infrastructure that exists in pilot sites.

sDATA open-platform

This deliverable will include a functional specification and development of sDATA open-platform, which will allow the integration of data for energy and OTHER CONSUMER services into a standardized and interoperable interface framework. This will include a full specification & governance cycle for managing Open APIs.
