Develop a proper methodology to involve the most suitable experts from the MoDs and stakeholders from the civilian public and private sectors to ensure the successful implementation of the project objectives and meet its expectations and requirements The PMT will develop the ToR for the two CoU to enhance their understanding of the projects requirements and objectives and inform them about their expected engagement and commitments With the CoU ORED and OREC ToRs the Agency aims to provide the means to encourage interaction between the communities and underpin the project to present requirements share expertise and best practices and maximise the quality of the projects outcome The engagement of the two CoUs will also be significant in the effective dissemination and communication of the project activities to different target groups within the MoDs and whenever relevant to other national ministries and departments dealing with energyrelated topics
