The deliverable will define the service portfolio and the service catalog. It will also define the procedures and interfaces required to make the service available to the users.

Reports the materials and organized events for training personnel that will work in the planning of the future RI.

Guidelines for personal and non-personal data processing

This deliverable reports guidelines to boost the effectiveness of OpenScience purposes through the governance of personal and non personal data.

IPR Management Policy and (a) model content provider agreement(s)

This deliverable will contain a comprehensive IPR Management Policy including model content provider agreements that regulate the exchange of data between SoBigData RI and its data providers.

Financial, Legal and technological node plan 2

Final plan on how the national groups which want to become nodes of the RI will implement the administrative and technological requirement for integration.

Financial, Legal and technological plan for the central hub 2

This deliverable will define the plan of financial, legal, and technological aspects of the central hub. It will also produce a document listing all the requirements and directives for a node to become part of the future RI.

Infrastructure commons connection

This deliverable will define the strategies of access and service provided to the e-infrastructure commons.

SoBigData RI cost book

The deliverable will describe all the RI costs (fixed and variable) and specify details about the services catalog to be developed.

Documents required for the ERIC creation

A collection of all the documents needed for the ERIC establishment, including: a technical and scientific description of the RI, a declaration by the host member recognizing the future ERIC as an international body, and the statues of the RI.

SoBigData RI Risk management plan

A risk management plan based on specific KPIs, clear responsibilities, and minimization of critical paths to be considered in the future RI.

Market and competitive analysis

A market and competitive analysis will be performed to get a clear insight of market size, potential market growth rate, actors, as well as potential competitors.

Integrating results and Business Plan development

This deliverable includes key findings and a business plan for the long-term operation for the RI.

The deliverable will define and describe the collection of test cases developed by the SoBigData RI PPP.

This deliverable will develop a detailed planning strategy for implementing SoBigData RI, define Key Performance Indicators for implementation, and outline risk management strategies, including a draft of the strategic plan for the first RI four-year cycle.

This deliverable will focus on creating synergies between SoBigData RI and other RIs in the European landscape and sustainable relationships with relevant projects and training initiatives.

Comprehensive stakeholder analysis to identify stakeholders and their needs

Business model

Identification of the most appropriate Business Model(s) which will be adopted in the exploitation plan.

Agreed statutes of SoBigData RI and necessary legal documents

Statutes that are appropriate to the aims and nature of SoBigData RI and in accordance with the chosen legal form will be successively drafted and refined.

This deliverable will address different kinds of risk external internal strategic operational other and be updated periodically by the Management Board

Dissemination and impact report and plan for following period

The annually updated report includes the description of dissemination, communication, and impact activities undertaken and the provisional planning for the following year.

This deliverable reports the definition of the composition and installation of the boards involved in the projects management

This deliverable reports the long-term dissemination, communication, and marketing strategy adapted to the needs of SoBigData RI as a permanent RI.

Initial dissemination and communication plan

The plan concerns the first period of activity and matches the projects dissemination and communication goals with available opportunities which cannot be assessed at the proposal stage It also includes provisional planning for the following year and a description of the communication material created up to M6 website flier leaflet presentation etc
