Work plan for nitrogen deposition modelling and earth observation applications

This deliverable includes the work plan defined for both the modelling and earth observation applications.

Planning/strategy for educational training

the plan and strategy defined for advanced education and training of human resources in line with the overall mission of FONDA.

FONDA web site

The web page will organize project communication internally and externally and will be ready at the beginning of the project, with all basic documentation, agenda & project schedule.

Plan for scientific missions

This deliverable will include plan and chronogram settled for the scientific missions (conferences attendance; staff exchange and experts visits; etc.).

Project management plan

This deliverable will include procedures for administrative, financial, organisational and legal management of the project.

Progress report

This progress report will be the basis for the interim review meeting and will summarise all the main developments and achievments of the project, as well as the results of the quality control process in terms of the revision of the project outputs.

Intellectual Property/Knowledge transfer strategy

This deliverable will settle the IPR and knowledge transfer defined strategy for data access and publications.

Summer schools’ materials (I)

the complete Summer School material including program, participant list, recorded lessons, handouts and hands-on exercises.

Data management plan

This deliverable detail what data the project will collect and generate how it will be exploited or made accessible, and/or how it will be preserved.

Dissemination and exploitation plan

This deliverable includes the plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities, aligned with the project’s progress, and which will be updatedbefore the end of the project (M34).
