Management and Coordination Handbook

Communication, dissemination and outreach plan of the project. Deliverable related to Task 5.1.

Strategic Research Agenda and Funding Roadmap - 1

Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) designed based on the competencies of the consortium. It will include also the results of an analysis on the available opportunities for exploitation actions, such as funding programmes. The results of the cooperation actions with S&T entities and the industry will be also included. Deliverable related to Tasks 2.1 and 2.2.

PREDICTOS Diversity illustration: tools and guidelines

Document detailing the tools and providing guidelines to measure the diversity balance and equal access in the project activities. Deliverable related to Task 1.4.

PREDICTOS Progress report

Interim report addressing the progress of the project accomplished: status on objectives, KPI and milestones achievements; scientific and non-scientific accomplishments; activities performed; risk assessment; plan for the next period... Deliverable related to Task 1.1.

Ethics and Data Management Plan - 1

Plan that will define the ethical standards to be followed by the project and detail how data will be managed by the project, in compliance with EU best practices and requirements. It will follow the template available for DMP for HE projects, focusing the first part on data related issues, and the second part on other ethics issues if pertinent. Deliverable related to Task 1.3.

Sustainability and Exploitation Strategy - 1

Sustainability and Exploitation Strategy containing the project plan concerning the results exploitation and sustainability. Deliverable related to Task 5.4.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan

Plan to guarantee the overall quality monitoring process, with a focus on the review process of deliverables, annual reports and milestones completion. It also includes the identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies. It will be kept as a living document and updated over the course of the project whenever significant changes arise. On M13, deep analysis and assessment will be performed to assess the validity of the plan, which shall be updated if necessary. Deliverable related to Task 1.2.

Communication, dissemination and outreach: first period report and plan update

Report on the communication, dissemination and outreach activities performed by the project in the first period (related to Tasks 5.2 and 5.3), and update to the plan presented in D5.1 (related to Task 5.1).

Short Term Staff Exchanges Report (activities and evaluation) - First Period

Report on the Short Term Staff Exchanges (inwards & outwards) (first period), including insights from the reports produced by the researchers enrolled in the secondments, as well as a report on the experts visits. Deliverable related to Task 4.1.
