Recommendations for identifying integrated renovation approaches and new business models

In this document, the strategic guidance to fuel local economic growth at the district level will be defined. In this regard, the main drivers for local economic development at the district level will be explored and their potential within the lighthouse and peer cities will be identified.

Peer cities plans for the renovation of social housing neighborhood

This document will include the Strategic plans derived from the IRM of both peer cities including the design and co-creation plans for the district area, the analysis of project financing, and the identification of solutions or technologies to be integrated into the smart energy community in the future.

This analysis will profile the target groups – both peer cities and social housing communities in general – to assess how the realized methodologies and solutions carried out in the demo case can be packaged and replicated in these contexts ad will also assess the needs, drivers, barriers, risks, and opportunities of implementing the developed solutions and methodologies in different contexts.

Conceptual definition of the local economic development strategic plan for a smart neighborhood (lighthouse district and peer cities)

This report will reflect the set of KPIs that will be defined to evaluate different dimensions of the performance, acceptance, and usage of the IRM, such as social, economic, urban, energy, and digital dimension, and the definition of the evaluation model.
