Handbook for day-to-day management of the project. This handbook will include 7 sections:1/Working ethics and responsible behaviour; 2/ Consortium Organisation; 3/Project Work Plan Structure; 4/Responsibilities and Duties; 5/Internal communication and workflow; 6/Budget and payments of the project; 7/Reporting and quality assurance.For example, the Plan will anticipate the deliverable productions three months before the final deadline, to ensure its level of qualityThis Deliverable is related to Task 1.1
