Deliverables

Communications materials (opens in new window)

Release of the complete set of communication materials and tools, including a beta version of website. The TRACCESPARCCLE communication and dissemination materials and tools will include a project website, social media activities (especially Twitter and LinkedIn), an e-newsletter (at least every 6 months), as well as a podcasts, and a limited number of printed materials for outreach events (D1.4). This will also include a logo, visual identity and templates for documents and presentations. Initial printed and digital materials summarizing the project (e.g. leaflet). Create relevant social media accounts and profile, e.g. Twitter. Related task: Task 1.4

DMP (opens in new window)

Data Management Plan consistent with FAIR, reviewed/updated in reporting cycle. The DMP will be made public and specify the strategy and implementation for managing data and data-related results of the project, including ensuring FAIR principles and open-access in appropriate repositories, as well as software, data and documentation quality assurance mechanisms. Will be reviewed and updated as necessary as an Annex to the reporting cycle reports. Related task: Task 6.4

Story on the Atlas of Demography (opens in new window)

Results of the mapping of exposure and dimensions of adaptative capacities (dataset) to be included as a thematic story in the JRC Atlas of Demography. The dataset produced in Task 3.1 will highlight the heterogeneity in exposure and adaptive capacity across Europe and Outputs of this task will be used primarily in Task 3.2 to assess socioeconomic vulnerabilities with very high spatial granularity across the EU. Presented as maps, the Story will act as a prominent knowledge management tool, help increase the visibility of the output of this task among the EU policymakers. Related task: Task 3.1

Policy report (opens in new window)

Policy analysis report (synergies and trade-offs between EU adaptation and mitigation policies) – based on a systematic review of EU-level policy documents including the European Green Deal, the EU Climate Law, and the EU Adaptation Strategy conducted in Task 1.2. This allows to identify overlaps, synergies and trade-offs between mitigation and adaptation policies, at economy-wide and in and across several key sectors (including agriculture, forestry, energy, and finance). Related task: Task 1.2
