Plan for Exploitation and Dissemination of Results

A Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results will be developed based on the preliminary matrix. The plan will build on contain information on: (1) key dissemination actors; (2) key messages for target audiences; (3) multi-model mix of communication & dissemination channels; (4) means of reaching target groups; (5) bilateral communication approaches; (6) Key Performance Indicators for each communication action.

Report on established collaborations, including set KPIs for successful communication

Report on communication with relevant existing networks, projects, initiatives and research communities and established KPIs for communication

Report on website and project branding materials

This deliverable will consist of a report of the project website and their functions and the branding materials prepared.

Report setting out mapping of experts/knowledge holders/networks/platforms relevant for technical and scientific cooperation

This deliverable identifies individuals, networks of scientists, practitioners and other knowledge holders, including traditional ecological knowledge holders, with relevant knowledge and experience. Existing platforms, networks and communities of practice addressing relevant topics, also beyond Europe (with a focus on Africa), are included(in close collaboration with the Science Service results from European level) building on previous work done (e.g., KNEU, EKLIPSE) and connections such as with experts involved in IPBES or Biodiversa+.

Data management plan

A data management protocol and a data sharing platform will be established and updated ensuring the FAIR principles and an ethical management of data along with secure and safe storage considering both EU, Norwegian and UK legislation.
