Project Management Plan

This deliverable describes the management of the project including internal procedures for communication progress monitoring quality assurance and risk management Moreover it includes a schedule per task responsible partner related subtasks related deliverables and dependencies on other tasks The deliverable will be revised before the end of the first reporting period and just before the end of the second reporting period and the revisions are included in the corresponding periodic reports Task 12
