Leistungen
The deliverable is a demonstrator module with >23% full area efficiency comprising the most potent technologies (IBC cell type, metallization and interconnection method), materials (encapsulation, frame) and the best module layout resulting from T4.1 and T4.2. The demonstrator will be assembled at the WP4 partner site that is equipped with the chosen interconnection technology. The assembly method will be in line to be transferable to one of the pilot lines as defined in T4.3. Indicator: module demonstrator with efficiency >23%. T4.1
Deliverable will provide assessment of the markets for IBC based products end-use applications, benchmarking a Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and competitiveness, based on relevant techno-economic and regulatory constraints. Indicator: identified target end-use applications with ranking for high efficiency IBC products. T.7.3
Digital Twin specification (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The deliverable consists of a (Indicator) specification (developed in T5.4) of a Digital Twin of PV modules suitable for circular economy. The Digital Twin will contain data elements for all data relevant for reuse and recycling. The Digital Twin will be specified as a submodel of the Asset Administration Shell.
Report on dissemination & communication activities (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This report includes dissemination & communication activities on website updates, publications and scientific articles, event participations, newsletters, press releases and social media activities.Report will be updated on months 18, 24 and 36.
Overview of outdoor testing results (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Deliverable will provide evaluation (Indicator) of outdoor testing results at IMEC, KALYON (Kapynar) and FUTURA (Piacenza) and comparable analysis with already market available and installed on sites latest generation bifacial PV systems. T4.4
Definition of project’s visual identity (öffnet in neuem Fenster)The document will define the main ways and means of visualizing the project. Visual Identity includes (Indicator) logo, templates such as power point presentations, deliverable and reports, list with colour identifications, etc. T7.1
Report on Ga wafer quality matching POLO IBC requirements with carrier lifetime of > 1 ms at 1 Ohm*cm and > 5 ms at > 5 Ohm*cm. Phos-doped wafers with 3 – 20 Ohm*cm exhibit carrier lifetime > 2 ms. (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Deliverable will present characterization results for silicon crystals of different resistivity ranges Czochralski-grown by the project partners NORSUN and KALYON, with dopant gallium for the p-type silicon and phosphorus for n-type silicon. Indicator: wafer quality matching POLO IBC requirements as stated in Del title. T2.2
Report on squaring along (110) orientation assessment for manufacturability (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Deliverable will present modified by CEA squaring process and its adaptation to NORSUN and KALYON squaring/wafering systems with M6-compliant bricks (e.g. via complementary crystallographic-orientation analyses and additional shaping steps). Indicator: squaring process demonstration on M6-compliant bricks T2.1
Environmental, cost and social evaluation (öffnet in neuem Fenster)This deliverable will contain (Indicator) the results of the environmental evaluation (T6.2), together with results of the cost evaluation (T6.3) and the social evaluation (T6.4) for the PV solutions to be developed in the project. The environmental evaluation will be based upon LCA calculations using the commercial LCA software package Simapro with the integrated Ecoinvent database. The cost calculations (GW-scale production) will determine the TCO of the individual parts of the value chain, as well as the LCOE of PV modules manufactured using a combination of all steps. The social life cycle assessment will permit to assess the social impacts (e.g., human rights, working conditions, governance, and socio-economic consequences) of IBC4EU products, for various groups of stakeholders (workers, local communities, society, consumers, and value chain actors). T6.2-T6.4
