Risultati finali

D1.1 Data Management Plan - first version (si apre in una nuova finestra)

DMP - Data Management Plan represents a report comprising information on project data generation, collection and processing. This deliverable will be the output of Task 1.1 and will be formulated (in line with the EC Guidelines on FAIR Data Management) from the early stages of the project (M6 to be updated on M48 as final version), describing the data management life cycle of the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by the project and laying out the approach for their sound and FAIR management. It will evolve during the lifespan of the project as a living document and provide details on the data (schemas, datasets, etc.) as well as their management (what type of data, how the data will be collected, shared, handled and preserved according to GDPR), ensuring that all aspects of data handling, treatment, reporting and access are clear to partners.

D2.1 Report on ecosystems’ mapping (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Mapping the ecosystems: actors, roles, activities, collaborative and competitive links. The resulting report will provide information on various actors’ roles in the ecosystems, where each of the actors can have more than one role. Also, missing roles and links will be identified. The task will include desk research, database search and exercises with different identified actors using an innovation ecosystem canvas tool.

D1.3 Quality Assurance plan including gender monitoring (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Quality Assurance plan including Gender and Equal Opportunities monitoring procedures containing reporting and review guidelines, checklists and templates, describing how the gender and equal opportunities aspects of the project will be monitored. Quality Assurance Committee will be established, appointed by Management Board (MB); responsible for review of project deliverables and other outputs for conformity with the project plan before the submission to EC.

D2.2 Report on innovation ecosystems’ needs (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The common and distinct R&I needs, gaps, challenges & opportunities as well as innovative performance enablers and inhibitors for the two place-based ecosystems’ (Western Slovenia and Adriatic Croatia) will be assessed in detail through a series of workshops with ecosystem stakeholders aimed to collect their views on the best practices, unmet needs and possible solutions.
