Report on the Open Translation Environment and Tbox (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

EMMO based ontology modules in OWL2 DL (TBox) for the representation and documentation of the Thermal Spray domain and data and for the specific CoBRAIN application user cases.

Guidelines for Specimen realization on HVOF, CGS, HVAF (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The report provides the practical guidelines for a standardized, repeatable production of specimens for the generation of the experimental dataset in WP4. It covers any necessary setup of the system, the realization of specialized tooling (if any is needed), and process parameters, including e.g. gas and powder flow rates, torch/substrate kinematics, and possible pre-processing steps such as grit-blasting, cleaning and pre-heating of the substrates.

Description of the Modelling workflow according with CWA17284 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The modeling workflow adopting MODA principles and definitions of the CWA17284 and utilizing the several multiscale materials modeling frameworks of COBRAIN will be described. The necessary focus is provided on interoperability, integration of characterization and experimental activities in addition to the exploitation and interactions between physics-based and data-driven approaches. AI/ML/DL models will be adopted to work alongside and enrich the physics-based capabilities. Baseline for code and data repositories and hardware for interacting with the workflow will be provided.

Description of the Characterization workflow according with CWA17851 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

CHADA-based representation of the different techniques used in the project, together with their integration in a unique characterisation workflow, following CWA17815-Materials characterisation - Terminology, metadata and classification specifications.
