Specification and first testing models on the different knowledge generation and decision making mechanisms. The produced models and their reproducible validation will be published through open-source distribution channels.

Interim report with details on Cloud-edge cells design and summaries for outcomes of each task. Description of specifications and APIs of backend extensible infrastructure for different clouds and heterogeneous resources.
