Assessment and implementation of Agriculture and Life Science Universities’ first Gender Equality Plans in widening countries

Policy brief will be prepared based on the conclusions and identified gaps of the project, with scecial focus on the agriculture and life science area of higher education institutions.

DEC Plan Revision 1 (si apre in una nuova finestra)

DEC will be revised according to the progress of the project, in line with the planned activities. Based on the status report at the time of the revision, measures will be defined to guarantee the maximalisation of the impact.

Report on the progress and the suggested institutional reforms (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A report on the progress of GEP implementation and the suggested institutional reforms which are able to support long-term progress will be prepared.

Training materials for employees & students (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Training material will be developed for each RPO’s needs to use it within their Institution to train their GEP staff, employees and PhD students/pre-docs.

Virtual GEP-network operation protocol (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Az operational protocol will be developed for the operation of a virtual GEP network, which can facilitate communication, sharing of knowledge and best practices and foster cooperation in the area.

New revised GEPs for each widening partner institution according to sectorial needs. (si apre in una nuova finestra)

RPO’s GEP will be revised and sectorial specific measures will be included. The new GAP will ensure the progress towards the long-term goals.

Report on GE enablers and barriers in the fields of agriculture and life sciences. (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A specific analysis will be carried out on gender inequality in R&I with particular attention to the fields of agriculture and life sciences.

Inter-university survey to identify the relevant needs, knowledge, attitudes and skills of international students about GE in the sector. (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A survey will be performed and analysed to promote the fevelopment of training materials for 3rd country students by each RPO’s according to their needs and the identified area where development is needed.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Based on the plans of the proposal, a detailed DEC plan will be prepared which will help the consortium to reach the KERs and maximise the impact of the project.

Capacity assessment report will detail the current baselines of RPOs which will help to evaluate the future progress made by each partner after the action.

Sectorial specific strategy on GEP development (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Sector-specific measures will be defined and a strategy will be developed on how to foster gender balance in agriculture and life science education and research in the involved universities of widening countries

Ethics Report (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Ethics report will be prepared based on the Ethics self-assessment, considering the DMP and IPR plans, in line with the CA and GA.

Policy brief will be prepared about the sectoral problems and needs, partially based on the capability and capacity assessment of the RPO’s, and mentors evaluations.

Data Management Plan (DMP) and IPR plan preparation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A detailed DMP will be prepared according to the specific needs of the project, in line with CA and GA, to guarantee the FAIR data management and open science policy and to reach the proposed impacts of the project. The IPR and their protection measures will be part of the DMP.

DMP will be revised and updated according to the needs of the consortium in line with the GA and the project progress, including the IPR monitoring.
