2 Synthesis report: Key findings on current state analysis (M12) –a summary of key learnings and findings from (i) pre-scanning, (ii) asset mapping, (iii) focus groups, (iv) survey in a form of the synthesis report summarizing findings and insights, emphasizing common and specific challenges associated with the institutional transformation across all testing partners. While the synthesis report is produced in English, the partners develop executive summaries in partner national languages to ensure higher impact of the deliverable.
Initial Communication, Dissemination and Sustainability PlanThe dissemination plan is prepared by the WP leader MMS and highlights in detail (i) target groups, (ii) channels and multipliers, (iii) goals, (iv) dissemination and sustainability strategies, (v) operational activities and instruments, (vi) responsibilities, milestones and project timeline, (vii) expected impact of the dissemination activities.
Strategic vision statements towards becoming Entrepreneurial and Innovative UniversitiesBased on pre-scanning and focus groups, each testing partner develops a strategic vision towards becoming Entrepreneurial & Innovative University – a document outlining strategic vision statement that describes their desired transformation high-level objective as well as their motivations, ambitions and strengths to achieve it.
