A report elaborating GraspOS’s strategic planning for the communication, dissemination, and exploitation of the project results.

A report presenting an overview and assessment of the communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities along with the outcomes of the training courses, the engagement process and a sustainability plan for the community of practice.

Project management guide

Report that defines the project monitoring processes, conflict, risk management, deliverable review procedures and templates to be used by the consortium for an efficient and effective project implementation.

OS-aware RRA approaches landscape report

A landscape analysis report that identifies common OS RRA practices, qualitative and quantitative data priorities, and associated implementation obstacles, making explicit recommendations on structuring qualitative assessment data relevant to assessment practices and enabling infrastructure.

Report on pilot setup, current practices & initial requirements

Report on pilot preparation, setup, and methodologies of piloting activities. It will also leverage the analysis in D2.1 to describe the current status on how research assessment (practices, tools, challenges) is performed by the pilot owners, positioning them in the research assessment landscape and identifying initial requirements for WP2, WP3, WP4.
