Stable high hydrogen low NOx combustion in full scale gas turbine combustor at high firing temperatures

Risultati finali

Critical factors at increased firing temperatures (si apre in una nuova finestra)

TEN will provide a report covering the critical design aspects and elements to be accounted for when designing and optimizing a combustor for higher firing temperatures (>1600 K) and at any amount of Hydrogen content in the fuel, from 0 to 100% (balance is natural gas), related to T3.1.

Corporate identity: Project website, Flyer, etc. (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Provide the necessary tools and material to inform a broad stakeholder base (see also section 2.2). This includes the establishment of a project “corporate” identity with project website and supporting dissemination material (Project website, Flyer, etc).

Endoscopic UV probe for high-pressure testing (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Documentation of the complete UV probe system consisting of an optimized cooling jacket to protect the inner UV optic system against the thermal load inside the combustion chamber and the corresponding endoscope using miniaturized lenses and a flexible UV fiber image bundle for observation of the hydrogen flame behavior through OH* chemiluminescence at the DLR test facility. The development is carried out within T4.4.1 using software from T4.4.2 and related to the application in T4.5.

Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This is a document outlining how the research data collected or generated will be handled during and after completion of the research project. It describes what data will be collected / generated and following what methodology and standards are used, whether and how this data will be shared and/or made open, and how it will be curated and preserved. In confirmation with the EC’s requirement, a first version of the data management plan will be provided as an early deliverable within six months from the start of the project (T6.2). The DMP will be updated regularly as necessary.
