Tools for dynamic space management and regulation v1

It will report on all he SW components of: (i) dynamic management of loading/unloading bays, (ii) dynamic curbside management, and the (iii) pop-up delivery points management services. In the update of M24, integration tests and real data from demo sites will be incorporated. RT: T5.1. It will be updated on month 24.

Standardised data exchange ecosystem and smart services marketplace architecture

Report on the data exchange connectors developed in UNCHAIN. It will also include the UNCHAIN services marketplace architecture implementation and user interfaces. Related tasks T3.2 and T3.3.

Updated version of the UVAR evaluation and management service in M24. It will report on the software components to be developed: the one for local authorities, for logistics operators and the evaluation module. It will also include the tests with real data from the demo sites. Related task:T4.2

Safe and efficient urban freight operation and shared transport facilities management v2

Updated version of Safe and efficient urban freight operation and shared transport facilities management in M24. This deliverable will account for the architecture definition and development of the forecasting and dynamic routing services and of the shared transport facilities management service.It will integrate tests and real data from demo sites. Related Tasks: T5.3 and T5.4.

Integration, open interfaces development and lab-testing

It will report the lab-testing of the modules developed in T3.2 and T3.3, the APIs developed and integration tests. Tasks T3.4.

Policy, market recommendations and standardisation v1

Guidelines for effective SULP and facilitation policies definition and report of standardisation activities. Related tasks T7.4.

Local framework and SUMP/SULP analysis

This report will describe local frameworks and opportunities of the UNCHAIN cities as well as the state of the art of local logistic ecosystems. Related task: T2.1

Markets analysis and monitoring report v1

This deliverable will report on a detailed analysis of the market, including opportunities and offer/demand evolution and monitoring activities. Related task T7.1

Technical and legal requirements, KPIs and use cases

This report will include the list of requirements for the different UNCHAIN results, the results from in-depth data landscaping and subsequent KPIs and the consolidated list of use cases and usage scenarios for the different services. Related tasks: T2.3, T2.4, T2.5

Demonstration concept and implementation plan

This deliverable defines the technical concept and requirements for upcoming UNCHAIN implementation activities in T6.2. Related Task T6.1.

Project Management Plan (PMP)

The reporting procedures, communication policies, IPR strategy and set of templates to be used within the project will be included in the project management plan. A detailed Quality Assurance Plan will be also included within this deliverable. Related tasks: T1.1, T1.2

SUMP and SULP review and implementation report v1

Report on the SUMP and SULP related progress performed in each city. 1st version focused on the analysis and expectations and the final version will include a draft SULP for each city. Related Tasl: T8.5

Cooperation with stakeholders, CIVITAS and similar projects and initiatives v1

This deliverable will report on the activities to foster the cooperation with SEG group, CIVITAS, sister projects and other initiatives aiming at improving urban logistics and planning. Related task: T8.2 and T8.4.

Communication, Dissemination and replication strategy v1

It will collect the project work regarding communication, dissemination and replication activities, (M6) with updates (M18, M36), and final update focussed on actions for post-project dissemination (M42). Related tasks: T8.1 and T8.3.

User needs of the main actors in the urban logistics ecosystem

This report will include the requirements obtained through the qualitative and quantitative user research. Related task T2.2

Evaluation Methodology and Plan

It will include the methodology and plan with relevant evaluation data collection forms and questionnaires, and the evaluation roadmap. Related task T6.3.

Freight-Efficient Land Use (FELU) interactive guidebook

It will report on the freight- efficient land-uses and patterns defined and the FELU interactive guidebook. Related task: T4.1

UNCHAIN visual identity and website

It will collect the visual identity material: Logo, common templates for presentations, project leaflet and rollup as well as project website creation. Related task: T8.1.

Communication, Dissemination and replication strategy v2

Updated version of Communication, Dissemination and replication strategy in M18. It will collect the project work regarding communication, dissemination and replication activities. It will be updated in M36 and M42. Related tasks: T8.1 and T8.3.
