Data requirements and inventory

Deliverable providing an inventory of the different data available, or required for, the project, analyzing their characteristics. The report should include a detail list of all available data sources. For each of the data sources the following aspects should be covered: general data characteristics (name of the data source, access information, language, etc.), data specific characteristics (reliability, sample size, format, geographical and temporal scope, geographical and temporal granularity, completeness, validity, etc.) and an analysis of relevance for the project’s developments. Related to T3.1.

Reference architecture and its applications - version 1

Deliverable describing a functional and technical reference architecture, including the functional components, roles, processes and interfaces needed to meet requirements based on the results of WP2. Application of the reference architecture at each case study site. Related to T6.1.

Report on networking, synergies and cooperation with relevant projects and initiatives - version 1

Given the importance of the interaction of SYNCHROMODE with other projects and initiatives, this deliverable will report in the mid-term about the achievement in this regard. The deliverable includes a short description of the projects and initiatives (SYNCHROMODES innovation ecosystem), and the activities carried out to create a purposeful interaction with these interactions. Related to T7.2.

Project & Innovation Management plan

Detailed project management plan with Gantt Chart and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), including detailed task scheduling, allocation of responsibilities among Partners, Deliverables and Milestones planning, interdependencies among tasks and full definition of governance scheme layers with tasks and roles assigned to each. Related to T1.1, T1.2 and T1.3.

Conceptual Architecture

This report will present the conceptual modelling architecture and implementation approach for the deployment of the modelling framework. The modelling architecture will cater for low-hierarchy (transport and traffic related) as well as high-hierarchy (governance and actor interactions) modelling components. This deliverable is based on the work performed in T4.1. Success criterion: Verification on modelling use cases (user stories).

Report on the relevant state of the art on Transport Management Modelling

A literature review document that consolidates advances on modelling and simulation approaches for operation management of transport networks. This deliverable is based on the work performed in T4.1. Success criterion: Use of scopus for systematic review, more than 30 papers discussed.

Quality and risk management plan

Quality Assurance Plan for the project, with definitions and responsibilities, encompassing also the methodology for risk assessment strategy on project level that will be used for continuous monitoring of project risks. Related to T1.4.

Transport Simulation report

D4.3 Transport Simulation reportThis deliverable will gather the different developments on traffic management interventions for future transport (Task 4.2) as well as simulation-based demand and supply calibration methods (Tasks 4.2). The report will present the specifications of the simulation environment (i.e. the Aimsun Next multi-resolution simulation platform) for integrating, testing and demonstrating the solutions within the general framework to be designed in Task 4.3.

Multi-actor cooperation and governance models for integrated multimodal transport systems - final version 3

Updated version of D2.2 and D2.3 at Month 36. Related to T2.2.

Analysis of current and future mobility approaches in optimization of transport network management

Catalogue of the different optimisation problems, models and techniques for transport network optimisation reported in the state-of-the-art, paying special attention to the mobility flows of passengers and freights. This deliverable is related to Task 5.1.

Deliverable describing the methodology for defining multi-actor cooperation and governance models for integrated multimodal transport systems and the results thereof. Related to T2.2.

Case Studies description

Deliverable describing in detail the specification of case studies to be performed by the project to demonstrate the SYCHROMODE solutions. To be considered a successful document it should include: a clear definition of the scenarios to be tested, hypothesis, data to be used, solutions to be tested and indicators to be measured. It should also indicate the stakeholders to be considered in the case study. Related to T2.3.

Report on user needs and system requirements definition for each case study

Deliverable describing the methodology for identifying user needs for all case study sites and the results of the identified user needs and system requirements. Related to T2.1.
