Establishing of Cancer Mission Hubs: Networks and Synergies

The impact assessment of the project will evaluate (i) creation of NCMH, (ii) stakeholder involvement and participation at national level, and (iii) the creation of high-level and operational synergies.This evaluation will summarize major project achievements and challenges in defined time-frames setting the baseline for future activities of ECHoS.

Impact assessment template (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

In this task, key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor ECHoS implementation and impact will be defined (D1.3). This evaluation will focus (i) the development of the project and its goals - KPIs emerging from the Project Management Plan - and (ii) the creation of NCMHs and their performance – as defined in T2.1 and T6.2, respectively.

Project Management Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The PMP is a high-level document setting up timelines, activities, budget, responsibilities, risk management, and reporting lines to ensure a proper execution of project goals. The PMP will also integrate the Communication Plan developed in T6.1 describing procedures and rules for information sharing with consortium members and external partners. The reporting of project results to the EC are also included (D1.3).

Dissemination and Communication Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The dissemination and communication plan (DC plan) will be included in the Project Management Plan (WP1). The DC plan will i) define objectives of communication activities, and its agenda; ii) define the key messages and target audiences (particular attention to the stakeholder groups identified in WP3); iii) include strategies to engage with relevant stakeholders developed in WP3; iv) define strategies, including channels and tools, to disseminate the results and maximize their impact; and v) define strategies for effective communications between partners (D6.1).

The diary will include aStructured collection and display of the most promising (national and cross-national) activities for citizen engagement, participation, policy dialogue on the scoping and development of the current Cancer Mission, collected via means of focused literature search and engagement with stakeholders in liaison with WP3. Results will be displayed on the ECHoS website (T6.1) and shall also be used to develop the Manual of WP2 (D2.2). 3. A blueprint for focus groups/living labs (identification of target groups, agenda, timelines, media package) will be developed and rolled out to all countries participating in ECHoS

NCMH Concept Models Report (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

ECHoS will generate concept/operative models for NCMHs, integrated with the Cancer Mission, adapted to the specific context of individual MS/ACs. The generated concept models (Del 2.1) will stipulate a minimal set of features and deliverables, such as (i) type of communication channels with health and research policy makers, (ii) level of autonomy for the development of public consultation events, (iii) level of integration/collaboration with national health and research organizations acting in the cancer space, (iv) level of communication and collaboration with non-traditional stakeholders, etc. for NCMHs.

Web-based tool for stakeholder identification (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The tool will provide a comprehensive view of traditional and non-traditional stakeholders involved in cancer prevention and care.

Website launched and Social Media Accounts Set-up (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The website will be a key tool for disseminating activities of ECHoS to the wider audience and will host the Stakeholders identification interactive tool

Toolkit section on the website linking to relevant initiatives, events, and materials (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This toolkit will include the mapping of all relevant initiatives as well as their outputs and a guide on how to translate them into actions (if appropriate), training events and material, workshops, knowledge exchange and research programs, funding opportunities, policy promotion events, etc.

Data Management Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The DMP will be formulated in early stages and in line with the GDPR and EC Guidelines on FAIR Data Management in Horizon Europe. It will describe the life cycle of the data generated, collected, and processed by ECHoS. The DMP will be updated regularly and provide details on the data (schemas, datasets, etc.) as well as their management (what type of data, how the data will be collected, shared, handled, preserved, what kind of metadata and standards will be applied, etc.) ensuring that all aspects of data handling, treatment, reporting, and access are considered and ensured by all partners. Aspects related to data management will be led by the coordinator in close cooperation with the WP leaders.
