Risultati finali
"This data management plan outlines the procedures for managing and sharing data collected during the Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellowship project titled Discovery of a novel phenylalanine degradation pathway in plants"" The project aims to investigate plant metabolism and will generate large-scale metabolomics data. The data that will be collected and generated during this project include raw and processed metabolomics data, as well as any associated metadata. All data will be stored in open formats that comply with relevant community standards, such as the .raw format. All large-scale data generated during the project will be deposited in an appropriate public data repository, such as MetaboLights. We will ensure that the data is well-documented and will be openly available for use by the research community after the completion of the project. We will comply with any relevant ethical, legal, and privacy requirements when sharing data. This project does not involve any human or animal research, and as such, there are no ethical considerations associated with the data generated during the project. We will comply with all relevant legal requirements, such as data protection regulations."
The preliminary results of the project will be disseminated through conferences, internal seminars and meetings, and preprint publication in bioRxiv. The results will also be submitted to high-impact peer-review journals with open access option to make them accessible to a broad audience beyond plant biologists. The PI aims to deliver the message of how plants deal with altered amino acid metabolism differently from animals to make society more sustainable and eco-friendly, and plans to generate press releases and use social media to increase public attention to the research outcomes. Additionally, the PI will present their latest work to local children and parents during the institution's open day.
