Initial Roadmap for the implementation and monitoring of actions at the Case Studies

This deliverable will include a detailed description of the Case Studies and the activities planned until M18, together with a specific monitoring plan.This deliverable is linked to task T5.1

This Deliverable consists of an updated version delivered in M12. The subsequent versions will include the activities already performed, as well as the updated plans for the activities at the DSs (next steps).This deliverable is linked to task T5.1.

Initial Data Management Plan

In this deliverable, we define the types of data that are either used or produced in the project. A plan is presented on how the data will be managed. Also, online version of the DMP will be available. D1.3 is the initial version of the Data Management plan. It will updated twice.This deliverable is linked to task T1.3.

Initial stakeholder profiling and mapping

Initial identification of stakeholders and visual mapping of the stakeholders for the case-studies.This deliverable is linked to task T2.1.

First policy brief

A series of 4 policy briefs (one per year from year 2) will be produced in order to synthetize NATALIE relevant findings that are targetting policy makers with a specific focus on the regional scale. The policy briefs will be an illustrative 2-pages document.This is the first policy brief. Its envisaged topic is: NATALIE NBS and EU directives.This deliverable is linked to task T7.2.

NATALIE Liaison strategy

This report will detail the strategy deployed to increase NATALIE impact on regional strategies and to support European policies related to climate change adaptation.This deliverable is linked to task T7.5.

Regional climate and socio-economic scenarios

"The report will define tailored scenarios for NATALIE CS# in terms of climate-related hazards and socio-economic pathways. This deliverable is linked to task T3.1."

Updated Roadmap and implementation and monitoring of actions at the Case Studies - update 1

NATALIE communication and dissemination strategy and monitoring

The strategy plan will focus on how NATALIE outcomes promotion will be implemented to reach out the targeted groups, based on a stakeholders and influencers mapping. Their persona will be set and detailed thanks to a desk analysis and series of interviews.In this report, will also be detailed the key messages for each targeted audience with a flow chart highlighting all NATALIE deliverabes usable for C&D purposes.This deliverable is linked to task T7.1.
