This deliverable will detail the design manual, including all the necessary information to design and layout components and circuits for the LNOI platform, as well as all the components in the library and any requirements for the software flow implementation of the PDK.

The HDNL project website will serve multiple purposes, including:1. Providing information about the project's objectives, timeline, consortium members, scientific publications and updates to the public.2. Repository for project data, storing project data and results, making them accessible to relevant parties.3. Improving transparency by providing open access to information about the project.4. Building credibility demonstrating the consortium partner’s commitment to the project and their competence in managing it.All partners will contribute materials for presentation and media outreach.
EPFL will create a Data Management Plan with all partners to outline how project data will be collected, processed, stored, and shared among consortium partners during the project.
