This deliverable corresponds to regular monitoring of the innovation landscape scenario in PYRAGRAF’s research areas and corresponding strategies to accompany technology evolution in these research areas.
Communication and dissemination plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)This report includes all communication and dissemination actions along with their targets, target audiences, key messages to be transmitted, methodologies to develop action plans, and policy recommendations. The report will be updated during the project and will also include evidence of the 3 Innovation Days and the 3 Demo Campaigns for farmers and foresters.
Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)This plan will be the project manager’s main document, ensuring collaboration between the partners. It will establish clear guidelines for the project’s development, providing direction regarding specific conduct, planning, efforts, internal communication and reporting procedures.
Risk Management and Quality Assessment Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable will comprise the quality plan for the project and the risk planning and monitoring procedures used by the consortium. The document will outline rules, mechanisms, and processes established to maintain a high-quality level in project implementation and corresponding results. It will also detail procedures to identify and monitor risks, describing the actions that are needed to prepare and implement a proper contingency plan. Both the list of risks and the contingency plan will be regularly reviewed and updated during the project, on topics where it will be required.
Project Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)This deliverable corresponds to Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). It will be revised before the end of the first and of the second reporting period.
This document presents the project’s image and describes the communication/dissemination materials, which include the project’s website, press releases informing about the beginning of the project, an informative flyer to communicate and disseminate the main project's objectives and outcomes, and a project roll-up to be used in events and conferences organized by the consortium.
