An initial report, regarding UnderSec website, Social Networks, and Media presence and performance.

Project Periodic Report (Project Management and Quality Assurance Plan)

An early Project’s Administrative, Legal/Ethical Compliance, Quality, and Technical Management Handbook will be internally addressed to all partners and will define (i) the guidelines followed by partners to ensure legal/ethical compliance, high-quality research, development, and reporting; (ii) measures to be taken in case of detected or foreseen compliance and quality flaws; (iii) compliance and quality assurance responsibilities.

Project Periodic Report 1

A Mid-term review & progress report that will document: (a) the UnderSec objectives satisfaction progress; (b) a summary of the project’s results in terms of scientific and technological achievements and dissemination actions during the first period.

Self-assessment Report 1

An interim self-assessment report, aligned with the first reporting period, that will outline the level of progress in the achievement of the project’s objectives, with quantitative measures and indicators where appropriate, summarized through a series of tables. In addition, it will include an IPR plan reporting on the IPR-related issues as agreed by all consortium members.

Data Management Plan 1

A data management plan that will describe the data requirements for supporting UnderSec scientific, research and development activities, including data to be utilized origin, availability, collection, access, handling and storage.

UnderSec Stakeholders Engagement Plan 1

An interim report regarding UnderSec Stakeholders Engagement Strategy and Implementation plan to identify and then target all EU or national UnderSec stakeholder groups in order to maximise communication and dissemination actions.
