Project web site

The COASTAL Project website will be the main point of entrance for the project's information. The project website will describe and disseminate the project itself and its outcomes, being scientific or other. All the dissemination mentioned above actions will be included on the project's website.

A first initial version of project media pages and website will be available by M6 and it will be updated accordingly during the project duration (CUT).

Science support plan and concept

This deliverable will provide an overview of the scientific concept behind the risk assessment procedure in the coastline environment as well as of the tools and models that are inherited from previous projects and explain the initial plan for using and/or extending these inputs in this project. (Pol. Di Bari).

Plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities

A detailed plan for dissemination and communication, including networking and communication activities, will be prepared from the beginning of the project (M6). This plan will be updated regularly and fine-tuned according to the project's achievements. Dis- semination targets, means, and routes will be identified in detail in the plan. Several public engagement activities ave been planned for the project (refer to WP2 of the proposal). These are essential to enhance the general public's understanding of the importance of systematic monitoring of coastal zones, as it is a place that hosts natural and cultural sites and an area that hosts several economic activities.
