SWOT Reports

This report will include the SWOT analysis from T4.1-4.2. The characteristics of the regions participating in the project will be analysed, along with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, to understand local development strategies and foresight scenarios. It will consider the sites' current and future capacity, so visitors can enjoy the tangible and intangible cultural assets while maintaining the experience due to over-tourism. It will underline links between specific examples.

Inventory of Good Practices

It will be a collection of good practices on initiatives of the rural environment. Culturality will include Cases of good practices in using handicrafts, intangible heritage and contemporary art as a driver of sustainable development for remote rural areas. Otherwise, it will incorporate a schematic analysis of characteristics, the keys to success and problems found.

Detailed Project Management Handbook

At the beginning of the project, the coordinator will deliver a Project Management Handbook that includes the following sections: Project Basis (participants, duration, budget, contractual documents, etc; Project Structure, Management Structure with decision-making tools (Executive Board, leaders, etc.), and also procedures for practical cooperation, the list of meetings, general schedule, control measures, and conflict resolution, and the project follow-up procedure for the achievement of the same, with a follow-up of tasks and activities.

Training Materials of Pilot Workshop

Based on the Literature background, and including the experiences of the project, the Training Materials will include teaching materials for local communities involved or to be involved in the programme, with differentiated target groups: such as women or the silver age. It will incorporate a syllabus and a prospectus planned educational activities.

First Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation (DCE) Plan

This first Communication and dissemination Plan will include the Culturality approach to disseminating and exploiting the project's results and communicating about the research with various audiences. It will contain an Impact section with three categories: exploitation of the results, market penetration strategy and intellectual property. It will explain the dissemination objectives and partners’ responsibility for dissemination.Plan that includes the project's approach to disseminating and exploiting the project's results as well as communicating about the research with various audiences.

First Policy Brief DG RTD

This report of Policy Brief to de DG RTD, the Commission department responsible for EU policy on research, science and innovation, will provide policy recommendations for the research and innovation on this field.

CULTURALITY Visual Identity and Branding Kit

This report will set the tone of the dissemination & communication Culturality' strategy. It will include templates, printed and online materials, as well as the unique project visual identity (logo, poster, leaflet, typography, roll-up, etc.). It will be the visual identity of the web, networks and dissemination actions.
