Communication and Dissemination and Exploitation Activities Report

This deliverable will specify DEC activities and monitor and evaluate them against KPIs and plan the next DEC steps for the rest of the project.

Ready to use education materials in bioeconomy, needs and gaps

D5.1 will consolidate the mapping results of the bioeconomy-related knowledge, educational materials and needs in the BIOEAST countries.

BIOEAST HUB Handbook

D2.1 will describe the methodological approach for creating and running HUBs, the proposed portfolio of HUB activities, common reporting procedures, country-specific stakeholder engagement and best practice recommendations.

AP methodology

D7.1 will describe the pilot-tested, general Action Plan method to be adopted by the HUBs containing methods, online and offline collaborative working tools and working templates.

HUB Terms of References

D2.2 will collect, assess and compare the terms of references of 11 HUBs describing rationale, vision, goals, activities, topical areas roles, benefits and expectations, basic internal rules and procedures, including for the creation of HUB working groups.

Communication and Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy

This deliverable will define the DEC goals, the tools, the targeted audience, the visual identity, the approaches (content and channels), and the time-plan that the project partners will follow to optimise the outreach of the project’s engagement activities, ensuring the visibility of the project’s results. Moreover, this deliverable will include a map of all the projects exploitable outputs identified, along with a networking strategy to establish how to engage with other projects and initiatives.

Risk Management Plan

D1.1 defines the project risk management process from risk identification, assessment, associated mitigation measures, contingency plans to montioring activities to reduce their negative impact.

Bioeconomy related innovation ecosystem mapping

D4.1 will include the pattern of the eco-innovative capitals throughout the BIOEAST countries, and the financial opportunities and barriers to their access. The report will also contain policy recommendations as well as fact sheets on access to basic application information on public and private funding and financing opportunities.

Results from multi-dimensional competency and biomass mapping

D3.1 will consolidate the results of bioeconomy-related competency, biomass availability and uses mapping from the BIOEAST countries.
