D&C activities and impact analysis-1

Report containing a description and an evaluation of the Dissemination and Communication activities implemented during the first 18 months of the project following the D&C Strategy. The reference tasks are T4.2 and T4.3

CCRI Knowledge Hub Support Pathways

D3.1 will be a report containing the results of the application of the SAT tool and the definition of the support and mentoring services to be provided. The reference task is T3.1

CE projects/initiatives, GPs & less successful cases

D2.1 will contain all initiatives, projects, GPs and less successful cases identified and analysed during the project following ad hoc formats.CCRI Knowledge Hub will analyse at least 150 CE projects and showcase at least 40 CE Good Practices and 20 “less successful” ones.The reference tasks are T2.1 and T2.3

Clustering activities-1

D1.4 will contain a description of the clustering activities with other EU projects selected under the CircBio 01-1 during the first 18 months of the projectThe reference task is T1.6

Project Management Handbook-1

D1.1. will be a document containing the project structure, organization, communication and information flows. It will also include a section on Quality assurance and Risk Management The reference tasks are T1.1 and T1.4

Dissemination and Communication Strategy

D4.1 will consist on a document containing the strategy to be followed by K-CCRI to disseminate information about the project and its activities to a wide audience. It will also include approaches to communication and public engagement, as well as plans for future sustainability.The reference task is T4.1

Community building.

D4.3 will consist on a document reporting in detail all the activities carried out by the consortium to manage and expand the community of users within the CCRI during the first 18 months of the project. The reference task is T4.4

Mentoring Guide

D3.4 will be an userfriendly, operative, practical ad hoc guide developed for experts that will be the mentors in charge of providing mentoring services. It will contain pratical information, tips and templates, the purpurse of the Mentoring, roles, rules of the programme as well as condtractual and admin issues. The reference task is T3.3

Delivery of first services (1st 18 months of the project)

D3.3 will report: (a) the preparatory activities for the workshops/ seminars and their effective implemenation; (b) the delivery of the first mentoring sessions according to the Mentoring programme developed. The reference tasks are T3.4, T3.5 and T3.6

Network Coordination Guidelines-1

D1.2 will consist on a document containing the coordination mechanisms and tools to be used during the project with regard the CCRI, CCRI-CSO, partnering organizations and stakeholders. The reference task is T1.3

Data sets, microdata, etc (1)

On-line repository of resources, including the database /catalogue of sectoral/cross-sectoral technologies that facilitate circularity

D3.2 will be an online repository containing all the resources and materials (manuals, guides, handbooks, case studies, multimedia resources) that will be offered and that will support the mentoring and capacity building activities as well as the “marketplace of technologies”, the database//catalogue of sectoral and cross-sectoral technologies.The reference task is T3.2

D2.2 will gather all useful and supporting Circular Economy materials, tools and resources (including the identification of relevant synergetic local policy plans) that will feed the CCRI Knowledge Hub platform The reference tasks are T2.2 and T2.4

Ethics and Data Management Plan-1

This Deliverable will consist on a document outlining the data to be collected and how they will be collected, processed, shared, storaged, accessed and protected. It will include information on data management during and after the project. It will also contain a section on Ethics and ethics management covering legal and normative ethical challenges. The reference task is T1.5
