Summary of activities with policy makers Initial

This short report will provide a summary of activities with policy makers done by the Policy Custer during the first period of the project in WP2.

Summary of factsheets and policy briefs Initial

This deliverable will provide a compilation of factsheets and policy briefs prepared during the first period of the project.

One summary Panorama report 1 report per Cluster with 4 partners country reports combined

The panorama report describes state of matters, R&D directions, strengths and weaknesses related to the TWG topics, covering Europe and the 4 Asian countries. It combines cluster level reports to be provided by each cluster leader. These reports are built using the TWG factsheets and include a cluster level synthesis for Europe and each of the Asian countries. This panorama report will be used in consultation session.

Toolbox and Roadmap for the realisation of the Hub

The INPACE Toolbox will include collection of public summaries and methodological materials provided by different consortium partners: 1) summary of INPACE for the public use (D4P), 2) ToR for experts (GAC); 3) structure of the Hub and guidance materials for all Clusters and all TWGs (EGM) 4) Guidelines for TWG’s engagement strategy (D4P); 5) Messages for policy makers about the Hub (VUB), 6) overview of integrative activities (GAC), (7) guide about the empowering work (SPI), (8) community platform info-sheet (EG). A short public summary of the Roadmap (EG, support by GAC) for the creation of the INPACE Hub will be also part of this deliverable.

Summary of desk research and interviews and survey and consultation Intermediary

A concise summary capturing the actions taken concerning desk research, interviews, and consultations conducted in WP4. It provides a snapshot of expert insights across domains of TWGs, the evolution of Digital Partnerships, and the evidence-based materials shaping the Opportunity Report. The document also points to major findings from the surveys, key topics of interest for public consultations, and offers a glance at the preliminary feedback on Panorama and Opportunity Reports. This intermediary version of the summary will update the initial version of the summary developed at M12.

Community Platform Public Summary Initial

This deliverable presents the initial version of the INPACE platform: its detailed features, targeted audience and how users are engaged in the tool. It also provides usage statistics, which will be also consolidated in D5.2. The platform user guide (by EG) and summary and guidance about the InfoAsset use by people registered on the platform (by ATC) will be provided in annex of this document.

Report on Integrative Activities Initial

This short report will provide a summary of integrative activities aiming to create cohesion between the 5 Clusters of the Hubs, and create a global community, where the leaders of the Clusters and TWG leaders are aware of the activities of the other Clusters, and engage in crosscutting activities and events, transcending siloes, and also creating connection between policy and technologies, and between applications / innovation & entrepreneurship (Cluster 2) and technological clusters (Cluster 3-5). It will also include the annexes with summary of the integrative regional workshop, one per partner country (provided by EGM, VUB, ATC, SIN, supported by GAC), and of 3 Integrated conferences in Asia or Europe (provided by GAC, EG, ATC), back-to-back with the regional workshops.

This short report will provide a summary of activities of 4 TWGs in the Policy Custer during the first period of the project. Each TWG will provide its contribution according to the common format

Report on synergies and commonalities in policies strategies and programmes between the EU and PC

A comprehensive report detailing the alignment and commonalities between EU and Partner Country policies, strategies, and programmes. It highlights major areas of synergies, potential avenues for collaboration, key policy developments and standardization approaches, and provides a deep dive into the current status of Digital Partnerships and TTC. The report also offers insights on potential stakeholders and international bodies that can influence cooperative strategies.
