INITIATE Capacity Building needs and materials

Deliverable D3.1 will provide overview of materials made for the eduction on the topic of green transition. This will include video lectures, presentations and training material.

Report on policy barriers and requirements

This deliverable will present current practices applicable to research institutions in widening countries and also identify key barriers. Positive aspects of legislation will also be considered.

First version of the Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) Plan, including Communication Activities

This deliverable will deliver the initial version Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) of INITIATE, defining the strategy, activities, implementation instruments, target audience and groups, and identifying key events and media.

Mid-Term version of the Dissemination and Exploitation (D&E) Plan, including Communication Activities

This deliverable will deliver the second version Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) of INITIATE, defining the strategy, activities, implementation instruments, target audience and groups, and identifying key events and media.

Pilots and use cases definition

This deliverable will summarize the level of preparedness of pilots, focusing on key apects for successful demonstration. The deliverable will also contain the use cases or one use case per pilot that will reflect the institution transformation.

Report on co-design approach on user engagement

This deliverable will provide information on conducted co-design activities and materials and provide an evaluation framework and templates used for previously defined inclusive approach.

Data Management Plan (2)

First version of the Data Management Plan (DMP)

First version of DMP will report the projects' plan regarding data requirements and set the framework for data management. The deliverable will be split in the different stages of handling the data collected during the project, namely the generation, use, processing, curation and preservation of data. All stages will be define in accordance with EU regulation and will be followed by the consortium during the project lifetime, and theplan will consider open access of research data.

Mid-Term version of the Data Management Plan (DMP)
